If you have no credit or bad credit, we highly recommend the Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard or the Orchard Bank Visa Classic(both are the same, except one is a MasterCard, the other is a Visa) which are actually issued by Capital One Bank, an international bank you can rely on. Orchard Bank has a unique application process: it screens your credit first before offering you a card that matches your credit history.
There are 4 cards (Platinum, Gold, Standard or Secured) under the Orchard Bank Classic (see image below), and they are among the best credit cards in the US for people who don’t have a good credit score and want to build up their credit so that they can later enjoy the many benefits of having good credit.
Here I'll do a review of the Orchard Bank Classic, tell you what we like and dislike about this card, and how we rate this credit card.
Things We Like About This Card

When you apply online for the Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard/Visa, your credit profile is screened, and based on that they may approve you for either a secured credit card or an unsecured credit card, and disclose to you the card's terms and conditions before your application is processed. All this is done in under 60 seconds!

This means that if you have been diligent paying on time and not going over your credit limit, your credit score will improve and soon you will be able to enjoy the many advantages of having a better credit score, such as being offered lower credit card interest rates and being qualified for a no-annual-fee credit card that comes with a rewards program.
This credit card is accepted in most places worldwide. Regardless of whether you have been approved for an unsecured ('regular') credit card or a secured credit card, this Orchard Bank card is a genuine credit card which you can use almost anywhere worldwide where Visa or MasterCard is accepted.
