I was actually given this as a funny gift for christmas, because I am always loosing my keys and my cell phone, I didn't even use this for a few months and then, as always, I lost my keys. This solved a lot of my problems, it comes with 2 keychain attachments and two stick on ones. I have one on my keys, my hubby has one on his, then I have one on my cell phone, and one on the TV remote... I almost want to purchase more! It works great, not the loudest thing, but when you loose these common items it helps!

This is exactly what you need. This is a light duty carabiner (light duty for climbing, very heavy duty for key ring use!) with a small amount of webbing leading to a perfect little steel ring to attach your key ring to. If you like, ditch the webbing completely and just slide your key ring onto the carabiner.
You can then clip your keys to things all the time so they won't fall out. Like if they're in your pocket, clip them to your pocket edge, or clip them to your belt. Clip them to your purse strap then set them inside the purse and zip it up. Now they're easily accesible and always attached to something.

I like these because of their convenience - it's easy to swap out keys. It's also nice that you can have keys on one side and attach the other side to something without disrupting the ring that the keys are on (like on a normal carabiner.)
They only thing I don't like about it is I feel like one side should be able to lock. Wouldn't that make all the sense in the world? Lock the keys in one side and keep the other side quick draw.
Pretty nice in general though... kind of small, too.

This is a nice carabiner for keys because it actually locks closed. The other 'biners aren't locking, so your keys have the ability to slip off sometimes. Not with this one, though. They'll be safe on there.

These are great you should totally get a real climbing carabiner. Way more rugged and over all cooler than imitations!
