What's the best app quality/price wise for sleep monitoring?

I actually use one of those currently called: "Smart Alarm." The Lite version has a small advert at the bottom.
Basically, what it does, is uses an accelerometre to detect when you begin to shift in your sleep around the time you set for you alarm, and it will wake you up when this happens. It also monitors the shiftyness at night, and the amount of sleep you got that night.

I use sleep as Android. I haven't noticed any difference between the trial and the paid version. Most rep apps have a free version you can try. I like the alarm settings that come with this one.
