The best recent game would have to be The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is the best game I've played. It's for XBOX, PS3, and pc.

It would have to be a tie between Fable 2 and Battlefield Bad Company. Both great. Check them out if you haven't already! :D

Original xbox games still count right? Kinda real life luck based but still a massive and awesome game! Better if you can pick it up for $5 used

Had countless hours of fun with this game, gets real challenging at some points too. Pretty sure it's by the same people who did Demon's Souls, and Dark Souls as well.

  Microsoft Ninja Gaiden 2 [platinum]

Such a Fantastic game, even though the blood was a little bit excessive (ok may be a lot) it is one of the best games for $20 in my opinion. This game definitely requires skill, and anybody who has played the Ninja Gaiden series knows this, if you are looking for a game with a long storyline, great action and is challenging, then this is the game for you!
