GLS makes nice XLR's. These are heavy duty and very rugged, durable. The transmit sound without adding any of their own.... very clean signal.

Audio Technica=great sound equipment! These cables are fantastic for the money. There is no signal degradation or distortion whatsoever. Very clear sound.
I use two of them for some live shows I do and i am very happy with their cost vs. performance ratio!

i wanted to offer this as a suggestion in case you are looking for length, like for live performance. Surprisingly nice sounding for the price, and over all they feel well made and strong.
The plug itself doesn't seem as tough as some other, more expensive xlr's, but it certainly does the job and makes pretty sounds!
