wash those hands as often as possible!!!!!!!!!!! seriously, it's the best thing you can do, besides a healthy diet, to not get sick in the winter time. be aware of all those nasty little germs, and fight them off whenever you can!

This is supposed to help boost your immune system. Take it all winter long, and take it often. It's not like you're gonna OD on echinacea! Take it with vitamin c.

Think about investing in an air purifier. Our homes are some of the worst places as far as allergens and dust. In fact, I read some study that said the air quality in our own homes is probably the worst air we deal with from day to day!

My brother swears by these. Whenever he feels like he might be getting sick he sucks these down and so far they seem to work pretty well for him. They boost his energy and definitely seem to reverse the effects of whatever he might be feeling. He recommends them to everyone.
