these have so many good things in them.... enzymes for digestion, b vitamins for energy. i believe they give me more energy, and they certainly deliver all the nutrients i need in a supplement.

Getting your regular 8 hours the night before is very beneficial and then of course regular exercise is also very helpful. I generally prefer to workout in the morning because it leaves me feeling energized and refreshed al day long. There's no better feeling.
I would say sleeping more is the very best thing you can do. Take a little melatonin before bed if you have trouble sleeping. It will help you sleep through the night, and you won't feel groggy the next day.
