My mother in law was bipolar and swore by the blue light therapy. While it may not be the same as SAD I wonder if it wouldn't work even better for SAD. Going on a trick to Hawaii may help as well! Sometimes it helps to get out for just a few days to rejuvenate. Running helps me. Running in the rain helps even more for some reason. I love the feeling.
