I wear this watch everywhere, when I go running or do laps at the gym. I often forget to take it off before showering its really comfortable and clear to read.

Timex Men's T53151 Ironman Triathlon 30-Lap Traditional Full-size Watch

This was the perfect watch for me while running and swimming, the display is super bright and has an indigo backlight you can activate to make it even easier to read in the dark. I dont like heavy watches like the G-shocks so this was a great model for me to use, big buttons, easy setup and very readable display.

I use this watch when i go to the beach or play water polo with the boys. It's super durable, and Water resistant to 100 meters. It's got 10-year tide data for 145 beaches world wide and it has programable beach compatibility. It's really a must have watch for water sports and the price is awesome too, you'll spend 50 bucks for this guy.

I always prefer the digital watches for sport activities, because when your on the go, you dont want to waste time figuring out things while your trying to concentrate on your activity, what ever that may be. Love the 2nd hand digital timer. This is a great reliable watch. Timex is one of the best brands. I love my watch, use it all the time. I time myself when I go my runs. Works for me!
