One of my favorite desserts that my wife makes is apple cake with caramel sauce, warmed or fresh out of the oven, with ice cold ice cream over the top. Good for breakfast, dinner, or dessert. I'm also a big fan of those chocolate lava cakes. I think that's what they're called. They're small chocolate cakes that are warmed and when you cut into it this warm chocolate center pours out. So delicious.

French Fries, Chocolate Sauce, and Malted Milk Ice Cream, Created by Chef Rebecca Masson. This has got to be the most balanced dessert with sweet and salty , smooth and crunchy. Oh so perfect, you can make it at home easy!

This is just a little link explaining, but I personally have been to Madrid, Spain and I got to say the best dessert or hell, even for breakfast in the world is the Churros dipped in the most richest but not overly sweet Hot Chocolate!!! You can drink it too, but to dip the churro in the thick hot chocolate is the best ever. Crispy fried churro on the outside and soft fluffy inside soaking up the chocolate flavor is to die for!! Over there it's served in a "Chocolateria." You'll never forget it.
