Are you looking for a drawing tablet like this or regular tablet with a drawing app or something? If your main concern is drawing you may want to look into a Wacom drawing tablet. These are pretty great drawing tools. It allows you to easily edit photos and create digital artwork with a natural pen-like stylus.
