This is about as hassle free as it gets. A really nice all in one desktop with touchscreen convenience. You'll love it. Great screen resolution and quick processor and great hard drive space. A definite must buy.

For general use and a hassel free experience I might suggest this here TouchSmart. I think it's a really cool computer...for general use that is. Medium fast, but extra easy.
It's an all in one computer, so there is no tower. The monitor has all the mechanics right there inside it. Clutter-free. The fact that it has a touchscreen is really cool to me for some reason. Like it's a desktop from the future or something. Inside specs are decent (though not extraordinary...): -1TB (7200RPM) SATA hard drive -6gb DDR3 -AMD Dual-Core A6-3600 Accelerated Processor -comes with Windows7 Home Premium 64-bit -AMD Radeon HD 6410D integrated graphics I think you would appreciate the simplicity and performance it offers.
