What is the best high fashion belt for a dressy outfit under $50?

My niece is 23 and she's here with me recommending this one. She says she has one and it really accentuates her waste. She says it looks good on all her outfits.

I got one of these because it thins my waste (at least looks like it ) and it matches with most all of my clothes. It give s a sexy fancy touch to plain outfits.

I like this belt the best, It looks good with many of my wardrobe but does quickly dress a boring outfit up in a quickness. Makes me feel pretty sexy =)
