My mom buys this cereal for my little sister who loves cereal, but since my sister likes the cereals with characters/cartoons on them my mom buys stickers and decorates the box with them, it works! and my sister wants the healthy cereal just for the box but we get the honey cheerios because the plain ones are not for kids. None of them like it.

I know there's still some sugar in here but it seems logical that the quantities would be low and it has a lot of fiber which is great for younger and older systems alike. My daughter is also a picky eater and while it took some work, she now loves this cereal. I do too!

My kids eat Kix and they love the taste. It is healthy for them although I would never make cereal their only food because they need a balanced meal, but this is great for a quick breakfast.

I actually hear pretty great things about Kashi cereal. I've been considering trying this out on my own family. Some of their cereals even have some protein and from what I've been told by friends doesn't taste nearly as bad as people would think. I think if we give our kids a few days or a week to try it out they would really like it.

Cheerios are the best, most healthiest cereal for kids and adults. The honey flavored has more sugar but its alot better then the other cereals with lots of sugar.
These have always been my favorite and I've never met a kid that doesnt like them either. Usually kids will eat the plain Cheerios, but you have to start them early on it.
