I'd suggest the EVGA GeForce GTX 560 1GB Video Card, I currently use the GTX 550 TI myself and have no problems running anything, but to get the most cost-effective purchase I'd suggest this one.

I would go with the EVGA Geforce 560, Nothing beats EVGA when it comes to graphics cards imo

Not knowing your system makes it kind of tough to recommend the right card, but this is a great card from Asus.
It's factory overclocked to 850 MHz for faster performance, and also has dual fans for cooling.
AMD and Nvidia are also good cards to consider.
