I like this option... thinking about getting one for myself actually.
It has a 2ms response time (so great for gaming), and has 1920 x 1080 resolution.
I love the sleek, thin look and the widescreen.
Great specs for the price.

These days you're looking for any monitor that has a 1920x1080 resolution and a fast response time if you want to game on it. 22-24 inches in size, that's your preference really. An LED backlight is also very nice.

If it fits that criteria its probably fine.

An older CRT. You can find one anywhere for almost free, and most standard cathode ray monitors can hit 120Hz, on par with most expensive gaming monitors.

I have a friend who plays tf2 quite competitively and this is what he uses.
Limited to 600 x 800, but for just about any kind of high-level play, it shouldnt matter.

Here's a good looking 22 inch monitor. It has 1080p full HD resolution and has great image quality and color. Also offers DVI and VGA inputs for connectivity. I like the design as well, sleek and smooth lines.
