I have the same problem with my allergies. They are killing me right now and it is literally all I can do not to constantly rub the heck out of my eyes while sneezing up a storm. I wake up to dark circles and very puffy eyes. I purchased these not specific for the purpose of my allergies but just so happened to fall around the same time. They have been doing wonders. They make me look like I'm awake, young, and alive! All you do is squeeze the solution onto the pad, rub it for one minute on and under each eye lid, and when you wake up in the morning you will see a dramatic difference. It's recommended to be used 3 times a week. I generally only use it once but have already seen great results for many annoyances!

You gotta check out this website... apparently preparation H is a great way to battle eye puffiness! Hey, it sounds weird, but it's definitely worth a shot. It could be a very cheap and effective way to battle those puffy eyeballs!
