Helps with digestion and with breaking down all nutrients in food... will do the same as a probiotic yogurt. Also, papaya helps with digestion. If you have papaya available in your area this could be a nice alternative.
Well I looked into Activia after all that hype about it. Turns out any good yogurt has lots of natural probiotics in it, and many other yogurts are actually better for you. See, Activia has a lot of sugar in it, and sugars will actually consume the good bacteria that you need.
I would suggest finding a natural yogurt...any will do... it doesn't have to be Activia! Yogurt is an important part in a healthy digestive system.
