This is another dessert cookbook I purchased. I adore William-Sonoma and thought that trying their cookbook out would be a fun surprise. The pictures are beautiful and the flavor is amazing. I'd love to learn to cook and bake as some of my favorite movies have shown. I think it would be so fun so I'm constantly trying new things, books, and recipes out. You'll love this book. There's neat tips, history, and explanations too so you'll learn as you go.

This book will turn your world upsidedown, like an excellent upsidedown cake. Amazing recipes in here that dig deep into the heart and history of America. Pies and cakes and sweets have never tasted so down right delicious! Best peach cobbler I've ever tasted. I was raised in the south so to me these recipes are fresh and new but at the same time familiar and comforting. I love it!
Easy to read, too. Even if I wasn't baking I could just flip through the pages because there is a lot of interesting information in it, and it's written well.

One of my favorite books with the most delicious recipes. I really try to steer clear of books that I wouldn't at least try most if not all of the recipes inside, this one is not hard to create within. There are a variety of types of recipes, from easy to the more advanced, and even the advanced recipes have been fun to make. Something I would enjoy more is if there were a picture to every recipe. I like to see what the finished product should look like when it's done but other wise a really great treat!
