When I went into the sports store I asked the man in the shoe section - what are the best workout shoes all around - these are the ones he recommended. I bought these shoes for myself even though they are mens. My feet feel great in them and they are not to heavy or bulky that they are perfect for every workout I do. They are in the higher price range but it is so important to keep you feet protected, these ones offer great ankle support so my ankles do not turn in. They are of the higher price range but if you are athletic like I am you know how much your shoes mean to you, and once you wear them in its hard to get rid of them.

I bought these for my husband who does every type of sport imaginable from hiking, to racquetball, to cross country running. He is very happy with these, he is looking to buy a similar women's versions for me.

I wear these when I go running or workout, they are comfortable as heck and they give you alot of air circulation so your feet dont end up skinking or having athletes foot. Its worth the price.
