Two 120mm fans optimize static pressure and airflow for better performance, select fan speed and cooling performance based on your needs, thick radiator increases cooling potential, FEP tubing for coolant evaporation, and micro channel cold plate design for efficient heat transfers. Might be a good option.
This has won all sorts of awards, and keeps my system at 24 degrees Celcius! Incredible.

Everyone is dropping out those Corsair systems but they aren't very good. Test after test after test proves that the Noctua D14 is still the best air cooler available on the market. It comes with 2 ultra high quality low noise fans so it gives maximum cooling with minimal noise. The Corsair systems come with average fans and shitty pumps and are known to have tons of failures and perform average at best. High style but not worth it. If you want to drop an extra 30 bux you can get a intro water cooling kit by XSPC for 130. It will give you better temps than air cooling and is not much more expensive. http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11743/ex-wat-159...
