I first saw these hilarious photos on the internet, and when I saw they had a book form, I just HAD to buy it for my mom.
See, when I was younger we had a family photo mishap. My mom accidentally sent our whole family a picture of us, in which I was wearing a Tequila shirt that said 'Lick it, Suck it, Shoot it' in that order... my grandmother was a little shocked to say the least!
So it's on ongoing joke in my fam, but you don't need an inside joke to appreciate these incredibly awkward photos!

Oh my gosh, I love this idea. This will definitely keep your guests entertained. I actually might get it myself. I was dying when I saw some of the photos. What a great choice.

This is one of my favorite photography books, not just because of the awesome photos, but also the way it is laid out. They have designed it so that on opposing pages are pictures that compliment each other or are somewhat opposites, so you can compare and contrast the different scenes in different countries... or in some instances very similar scenes in different countries.
It's very interesting to see the photos side by side and see how different cultures around the world are.

I could look at beautiful nature pics all day!

This is a great choice for a coffee table. I love the pictures National Geographic captures. They are beautiful and unique and it literally could take a very long time to go through so even if your guests have been over a few times they will have plenty to scan. Great choice.

Such a beautiful and fun book... if you're looking for a gift I would go with a topic your friend/ lover/ family member is passionate about... if you need something for someone you don't know that well, I do think this book is a crowd pleaser.
