This is the pump I bought when I had my second son. It is really simple, and it fits all sizes and is ajustable so as your body changes you will not have to run out and buy a different pump. At first I was a little weirded out by this design but I have grown to love it because I can do other things while my milk is being pumped. It also has straps but I have chosen not to use them, but if you feel the need for extra support then you can. I have tried two other breast pumping systems easy expressions and made by moms, I am far more happy with simple wishes. Hope this helps!

I was a midwife for years and I always recommended Lansinoh's Electric Pump. A mom is already tired she shouldn't have to manually pump. This works very well and is quick as long as you do have a milk supply. This brand is highly trusted and It's works great.

I am a big fan of the Medla Harmony Pump! I have used several other pumps but they had too many cords, batteries etc, this pump has worked great for me with my busy schedule and it is really easy to take on the go. It is also easy to clean without many parts. Definitely a great buy! This was actually the one the hospital gave me!

You're right it doesn't hurt to have two, how long does it take to fill up the bottle?

If you are someone who is planning on primarily naturally breastfeeding and then occasionally pumping this is probably not the one for you. Your body has to get used to pumping and so it takes a few weeks to settle in. I personally like double pumps, or when I do use this one I breastfeed at the same time with the opposite breast. It takes about 15-30 mins to fill up a standard bottle which isn't bad, but I still want to check out more pumps. What is really good about this one though is that it can be powered electrically or with batteries. Just remember that no pump will be comparable to your babies ability to breastfeed, I do like this pump, but hopefully there are better ones out there. I would recommend this for you if you plan on breastfeeding at the same time. By the way I have used this pump for about a year and it is still in good condition!

I am very happy with this purchase. It may be out of your price range, about $200 but it is fabulous. It gives you the option of pumping one breast or both, and is very convient! I love how it has different settings so you can control how hard it pumps and adjuge it with a simple knob. I have found that I can pump 6-8 oz is a matter of 20 mins which is excellent. Total time for set up pumping and cleanup takes about 30 mins! The only thing I am not too happy with is the storage system, but I would recommend this to anyone! great product! If you have any questions let me know, I will be happy to help!

I have been really happy with the Avent breast pump. It's much quieter than other pumps I've used and the nice thing about it is that I can get the pump to start working without having my husband hold onto one of the pumps while I push start. All you do is manually pump a couple times and the pump jumps in and does the rest and you're back to hands free. It's very comfortable, I find attachments and replacement parts very easily, and clean up is a cinch. The other really cool thing is that it remembers your personal rhythm. It supposed to be comparable to hospital grade breast pumps. I can't say for sure or not because I've never used a hospital one but this one is great and has held up well over the years.

All honesty ask your dr. to write out a prescription or a note for one. Most insurance company's will cover the cost for a hospital grade brand new pump.. at little to no cost to you. My wife did it for our twins when they were born. We had BC/BS. By little cost you might have to pay a co pay of $5 -15 depending on your coverage.

If you are a mother returning to work this is not the pump for you. This pump is best if you are only needing it about 3-4 times a week. All mini pumps are for occasional use and the large pumps are usually more quite. I do use this one when I travel rather than lugging around a huge heavy pump, it is perfect for staying in hotels etc... and I like that it can take batteries although I have never had use that feature. I do truly believe this is the best pump in its class, it has left no bruises on me and is really comfortable, and is easy to travel with.

They have these in the hospital and let you use them, This is the best one. I went and bought a different one before I knew about this in the hospital and that other brand was such a pain, and didnt work as well. So, we went and bought this and filled up my freezer with milk! yay!! lol

My wife has been using this pump since our little one was born. It works great, no problems, and the hospitals trust this brand, so we do too. It really speeds up the process, works great.

Realistically, you will only need one pump and Medela is the best brand. It works fast and has good suction. Some of the double pumps dont have as much suction as the single thats why I recommend the single pump, this one does the job well.

This was my best pump after I have the baby. I tried one other strange named pump and that wasn't good. This was recommended by the hospital so I should have stuck to it from the start. I eventually bought one, because it was frustrating. This worked very well.

I used a few of them to find the perfect one for me since many were gifts and this was my favorite because it is the most simple and easiest one to use. It's very quick and efficient. I prefer using one at a time because with two, I'd have no hands left to prevent the baby from trying to grab the cords or pump etc... A mother should always have a spare hand available in case of anything. This works great.

My wife uses this pump, she says its easier for her manually because the electric ones seem to always have not so good suction. But it works well and is easy to use. just gotta switch hands once in awhile so you dont get tired.

I feel so weird getting excited over a breast pump, but i love love love love this one! It is so convient and comfortable and I can use it while I am getting ready for the day in the morning or while I am changing my daughters diapers or even just watching a movie. It is hands free and you can adjust it for your comfort. The first model I received of this pump system had Velcro's that were a bit un comfortable, and when I contacted the simple wishes they said they had had some issues with the Velcro's and had fixed the problem and sent me the newer model. Since then I have been pumping away and enjoying it. Most mothers warned my that pumping was one of the drawbacks of having a breastfeeding infant, but I have not found it unpleasant for the most part.

LOL I got excited too when I finally received "simple wishes" in the mail. Out with all my other pumps! I was surprised at how truly comfortable this pump is, and it is pretty quick about 6 oz in 20 mins. And it is easy to clean, I wear a 38DD and the s/m fit me very nicely!
