Well I see a lot of people with one of these on their bike and then they attach a milk crate or something similar to the rack with bungee cords. Seems like it would work pretty well to me!

This would be perfect, Johnny! It is absolutely designed for grocery shopping... set one or two bags in there and you're all set. I don't know how you feel about having a basket on your bike.... but if you're not opposed to the idea I think it will work really well. It lifts off, so it's not like you have to keep it on there the whole time.

You know this might be an even better idea. It's not for big loads but it looks like a very nice bag. Safely transport groceries or any other small loads.

I think what Richard suggested is a great idea because a rack is versatile. You can carry groceries as well as other, larger loads.
This would be a good accessory for the rack for groceries. Unfold it, attach it to your rack and off you go. Then you can take it off when you're done so it's not always on there.
Seems like durability might be an issue with this product though. Not really intended for heavy use.... just something to consider.
