Yeah, I think an inspiring pop singer outfit could be more than okay. Maybe fish nets if they go underneath leggins or a long skirt, or better yet, putting the fish nets on the arms. :) They will think it is fun and on the arms it is still just punky and tame.

This one is fun. It has the garnered sex appeal of a spanish princess but with all sorts of material to keep your little/big girl all covered up. It's a Halloween costume so I can't vouch for the quality or durability but it will at least hold up for that fateful night. Sweep her hair up or to the side and add some pretty black dance shoes and she'll feel as beautiful as you know she is!

Harry Potter is a hit for all ages, and hopefully shes into in because she would love to be Himiney for Halloween. Truthfully I say get away from that whole sexy business while they are young, have her be something that truly represents halloween such as a bat, or something scary. I hate the idea of people thinking halloween is to dress up in a sexy outfit! Have her be a dead bride, or a ghost or something really cool!

Ha! This is perfect, most girls 12 years old are little drama queens and this costume says it. Its not provocative at all, I think its appropriate too. You can add a jacket if its too cold but this is cute.
