deadisland is pretty good, it gets boring eventually but i dont have the biggest attention span. i had about 40 hours playing soloand about 60 hours playing with a friend. it gets challenging and there is alot of need for areliable partner. great chat in parties and private functions.

I'm not too sure if RTS games will be your kind of game but I personally know of two couples who are playing this together. Once you get a basic understanding of the game its something you can build a lot of passion for. I can't think of a more attentive game either.

On the free side, you have Team Fortress 2, Spiral Knights, Dragon Nest, League of Legends, Silkroad Online, and many other free games. Sanctum I feel was pretty undervalued, it is a FPS tower defense game. Minecraft you could play for hours on end, a huge community with different texture pack options, skins for your character and adventure maps for questing. Portal 2 has a great coop campaign with a unique storyline.

I am a PC gamer, that being said you should understand that I have very high standards in my Campaign, as well as Multiplayer games. I can honestly say Killzone 3 is the best console shooter I have ever played. Most badass game ever.

TF2 is an awesome multiplayer. GTA IV is amazing, and Minecraft is very fun! You could also try Left 4 Dead 1 + 2!
