This has a 12" display which is 3" bigger than an ipad. It does run windows,but it's your only option if you want to get larger than a 10" display. If you want an android tablet, then the Asus Transformer Prime is your best bet.
I agree, I think the Prime is a better tablet but the Slate will work if you want something bigger. The Acer that Charles suggested is pretty cool but is closer to a computer than a tablet. If I was to get a tablet PC I would want something that can be either or, not one that is fully integrated with a touch screen keyboard.

This is a cool tablet... I don't know how you feel about dual touchscreens, but it looks pretty awesome.
Good technical specifications, too: Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel Core i5-480M processor (2.66GHz), 4GB DDR3 dual-channel memory.... basically like a laptop in the specs department.
The dual touchscreen can be advantageous for some but annoying for some, too, especially if you do a lot of typing. Obviously it's more difficult to type on a touchscreen, so keep that in mind when making your decision.
