Is there a decent video camera for kids under 6 years old?

Obviously durability is my #1 concern! Price is not really an issue.... I'm assuming a kids camera won't be super expensive. I'm looking for more a toy type thing than a real camera, but I want it to take at least a decent video.

What about this one, Harmony? Seems to be exactly what you are looking for. It can record up to 15 minutes of video (make sure there is some decent lighting....that seems to be the only issue) and it's designed to be super durable. Pretty cute little design, too.
It has really simple controls so kids can easily learn how to use it and start their film careers at a young age!
