I'm not sure what this water does or if it's the best but it's the very best tasting I've certainly ever had. It tastes totally fresh and for some reason I love it even more when I'm at the gym.
Side note: I just went online and read this:
smartwater is vapor distilled electrolyte enhanced water or quite simply: Water with electrolytes. This means it feels like you are drinking regular bottled water but you're actually getting the added benefit of electrolytes (helps prevent dehydration), without getting the added intense flavors and calories of other sports drinks like Gatorade.

Maybe it's the packaging and marketing that tricks me, but I think this water tastes better than the rest!! I don't mind spending money on good water, and I think this is GREAT water!
Wow you inspired me to do a little online reading on this topic, because I am a bit neurotic about what I put in my body, especially water. I think water should be pure, like it was meant to be.
I didn't realize there were so many different types of bottled water (spring, purified, artesian, etc.) and so many different factors involved. I mean, it's just water, right???? WRONG!

The best bottled water to me is what tastes best but I'm not sure if that qualifies for everyone. I know that someone people would agree that best is the one that provides the most health benefits. To me, water is water and my favorite tasting water happens to be the Nestle Water. It's pretty inexpensive, has greatly reduced plastic, and again, tastes great. Oh, side note, my wife read an article not long ago that read not to leave plastic water bottles in the sun (such as your car) or in heated areas because the reaction with the plastic can cause cancer in some women. Something to be careful of.
