This one is rated number 1 for 2012 for $50. Supposed to be easy to use, and does everything you want/need as far as editing and recording and publishing. It's a drag and drop type of system so I can't imagine it being any easier.

The price is not what you'd expect for the quality this camera turns out. The lens can zoom so long that you can take excellent photos of animals on safari or just the kids playing outside. It's so easy to hold and use, it has a lot of power and so many features that I still find myself learning new ways to shoot. You're also getting the quality and backing of a great camera maker in Nikon. It also shoots full HD and it has a dedicated button to do so. It's impressive at an even more impressive price point.

This camera offers a lot but is great with speed and zoom. It has a large telephoto zoom for your action close ups and the timing is amazing and precise so you should never miss an important action moment. It is somewhat noisy and is not the very best in low light conditions but if your main purpose is action, you're in for a happy surprise. A definite must.

When I bought this not long ago it was rated as one of the best all time digital cameras under $150. It definitely still is. It's a great camera and a terrific value. It's compact enough to fit into your pocket but powerful enough to provide high quality images. It comes with 12 megapixels at a 4x optical zoom with image stabilization. It's very light, even with the lithium ion battery. The LCD screen is big and easy to see and the scene modes create some great effects to my pictures. You'll like it a lot.

This mouse is used by a buddy. He said it's very accurate and sensitive so for your high speed gaming it will be precise. It has a good grip and comfortable shape. You can actually program the buttons as well which will provide you added control. The gaming feet reduce noise and friction, it's very comfortable and a great value. I have no personal experience with it but my buddy likes it and have heard great reviews from others as well.

It definitely doesn't take a lot of expense to get a great hair dryer. My wife loves Revlon hair dryers, though. Swears by them. It's the only brand she has purchased since she was able to purchase them herself at 16. Says they have the most power to efficiency. Her hair is long and thick and these seem to dry her hair the quickest. She loves the many settings and options they provide as well.

I think Angry Birds is still one of the most addicting puzzle solving games. It's a great mindless game that you can play all day or here and there only to pick up easily later. $.99 well spent.

This would be a great card for you. It might be a bit overkill for your WOW but you will get the best power, it's very quiet and has 2GB of memory. It also has great scaling and looks great. I would highly recommend it.

I'm not sure what price range you had in mind but when it comes to gaming I'd much rather play on a larger screen. I have a buddy who has this screen and the picture is brilliant. It has great black tone and shadow detail, as well as fantastic contrast. I think for what you're getting the price is right on. When I replace my screen this is one I will be looking up again.

I would suggest going to a store such as Big Five or Cabellas, or any other sporting goods store. For a beginner it doesn't make too much difference which one you get. The beginning models are all so similar you'll be very happy with them but you may want to get a feel for what will fit you best and be the most comfortable. Shopping online is great for research but nothing replaces the need to touch and feel your equipment.

When you click on this link it may say that it's $1,300 but on Amazon.com it's selling for $897. Panasonic makes a great TV but this plasma is one of the very best I've seen. It has full HD, 3D ready (all you need is a 3D player), Wi Fi ready, has a great picture with phenomenal color, and the speakers are actually better than most. Set up was extremely simple and watching YouTube on this size of screen is awesome. I would highly recommend it.

You could go with something like this board. It's pretty inexpensive and great for beginners. Regardless of what you choose the biggest thing to consider is that no matter what board you get, make sure it's shorter than your actual height. The longer the board the faster it will go downhill so for beginners, instructors will generally recommend that you go shorter than yourself for optimal control. Most boards are great for beginners, in this case size is what matters.

This is a great carrying case and very versatile. You can carry it over your shoulder or carry it like a briefcase. It would be perfect for a man or a woman. Fits your 17 inch MacBook Pro plus accessories. It's a nice black color so it will go with any outfit, dressed up or dressed down. Perfect for any occasion.

We're in the potty training stage as well with out son. We originally started out with an insert for the toilet seat and he did great on it and still does, however, he was not wanting to poop in it even after months. I realize that with boys it is harder and takes longer for that to happen but as soon as we got the potty chair suddenly it was so much easier and after a couple of weeks he was pooping in it. I'm at work much of the time but my wife says out of all chairs this one was the easiest to clean, rinse out, and was also the most stable. It has a high seat back making it more comfortable and also doesn't tip over when our son tried to sand with it. I think you will get a lot of success from this.

This ones very pretty and would make any lovely lady's hand look even more fragile and feminine. It's something I'd consider getting for my own wife. It's lab created so I hope this is okay and the setting is in white gold. I find that prettier than a setting in sterling silver or something. Hope this helps.

Chocolate warming pot. A little something for everyone. I bought one similar for my wife a few years ago and it's a hit with the kids and friends when we entertain. My wife cuts up lots of fruit, depending on what's in season. She's also been known to cut up angel food cake, yellow cake, etc. for other tasty treats to dip in the chocolate. It comes with a little guide for other treat ideas but I have yet to try those out.

I think Amazon, Ebay, and craigslist.com are some great choices. I don't know how many times I've gone on craigslist to find nearly new items for very good prices. Amazon and Ebay always offer lots of options but shipping can sometimes harbor the "cheap." Definitely get online and keep your eyes open because the good deals can go quickly.

I'm not sure what gaming system you have but on Xbox it's pretty cool. The graphics and perspective are great and pretty unique. I hadn't heard about any bad reviews until now. Looking on Amazon there are quite a few 1 star ratings and I definitely disagree and really didn't read anything that would warrant it. I've never played a game that I've been 100% impressed with, it seems there is always something to be dissatisfied with, however, I've never rated them on the one thing I didn't like. I will say that the multiplayer option is better than single play. It might be a personal preference alone. All in all I think the game is great and well worth the purchase.

I have had so many veterinarian's recommend Science Diet for the health of my animals that I have always used it. When I run out I generally go buy some store bought bag and notice instantly a change in my cats bowel movements (consistency and regularity). The Science Diet food is amazing and has a lot of great nutrients that animals need as much as people.

This is actually really cool. My brother and I took his out a few times. The controls are very easy to use, the helicopter was very light, and the flying was a real trip. We made his wife crazy but it was small enough that we could fly it in the house..."safely." It's a pretty cool fix for any heli craving.

These are professional quality wrist guards. They are really well designed and so far have effectively preventing any major wrist wounds. They don't compromise my range of motion, not that there is a lot while skating, and they have a great warranty again defect. Definitely a great buy and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Weber is the only way to go but this grill is actually really great. I always had it in my head that I needed a really big daddy grill to make perfect steak or grilled veggies but this thing makes grilling easy. We've actually started having neighborhood cookouts as well so it's nice that this is so portable. We've taken it camping and when our grill went out started using this one. Perfect.

Actually, the Lenovo with the i7 processor is awesome but the ones being listed for sale are i3 or i5. I think the Lenovo and Toshiba Core i7s are my favorite...maybe a little over your price range but well worth it.

I got this base unit because it had such a unique look. It's a really cool style. You can charge it standing up or you can watch it on it's side. It can be used with iphone or ipod touch. Not much else to tell about it. It does what it's supposed to do and it's small enough that it doesn't get in the way with the rest of what I have on my desk.

I'm not going to lie, they all seem pretty much the same to me. It definitely helps to view what you might be purchasing. We made a trip to Costco one evening and were able to view 3 different 3D televisions. The 3D portion seemed the same on them all but on regular television I found the Vizio to be the most appealing as far as color and picture quality.

Actually you can create a family website easily for free. I believe we use the blog area from Google and while we don't blog we do update our photos regularly with little bits of information here and there for our family to see. We live a few states away now, which we have not done before since the kids were born so they are missing a lot of growing up. There are a lot of options on the page to do backgrounds, different layouts, etc. It's all very functional and easy to use.

It's a great phone. Pretty similar to most other HTC type phones. The operating systems are all pretty much the same which is where most complaints come from. The phone itself is very nice looking. I love that the operating system allows free downloads of music and backgrounds as well as simple downloads of ringtones and notification alerts. It's a smart smartphone.

I purchase most of my backpacks from Dakine, mostly because I know the brand and everything I've purchased from them has held up really well. Their quality is top of the line. I do a lot of backpacking, hiking, and camping so a lot of my gear is really well used up and put through the trenches. I've not heard of RVCA so I can't recommend one being better than the other, only that Dakine has served me well. What will your main uses for it be?

This is the nicest and lightest down jacket I've ever owned. It weighs 5.7 ounces but keeps you warm when you're climbing, skiing, backpacking, etc. It's 900 goose down and packs down to nearly nothing when I stuff it in my pack. I wouldn't say it was waterproof but if there's a light rain or snowfall it brushes off easily. Seriously a great purchase and the price right now is perfect!

Really sweet gaming computer. I don't own it myself but have a buddy who is a gamer and only plays with the very best. He says it's the most powerful gaming laptop with fast graphics, Hi Def, but very sleek. It's definitely one of the better looking laptops I've seen in some time. They hit the mother load when they created this. The GeForce graphics card provides the best resolution, you get stealth mode for a more energy efficient machine, and the webcam has facial recognition. The smartest laptop. My buddy has the red and it's hot.

I'm not sure if this one is the very best but it's one of the best selling currently. It's really cool with it's 300 plus channels that include movies, tv shows, music, etc. It has hi def streaming, works with most tvs (which is really nice that you don't need a new tv) has an amazing remote and built in WiFi. It's handy that the box is small and set up is a breeze. You can stream netflix, hulu, amazon, and pandora...I think it's a great box.

My wife owns this and it's a great phone. She uses it, often obsessively, but it has made running a business so much easier on her. It's extremely reliable and performs efficiently. It looks sophisticated as well as practical and the display has a very nice, clear screen that doesn't lack quality or contrast. I think it would be a great phone for fun or for business needs.

Plantronics is the only bluetooth I buy anymore. I purchased my first when bluetooth originated and it was great. After that I tried other brands and types and just never had the same quality again. This one is very comfortable, the sound is great (I can hear them perfectly and they me), the controls are easy for answering and hanging up, and the bluetooth itself is easy to connect. I would highly recommend this one.

This question gets asked a lot but I will never answer anything but MacBook Air. It's a high quality machine with speed and performance that out does any of the rest. The battery power also lasts quite sometime. The graphics for this screen are just beautiful to boot. You will never regret a Mac purchase.

Acer and Dell and my two favorite PC's. This Dell may not seem like much based on specifications but for the price it has a lot of potential as a low cost desktop. It it completely upgradeable due to the room for drives in the case. It also uses the new intel chipset to support Core i. Budget now but if you want to later you extend the life of your budget system.
It has good performance, lots of upgrade potential, 4GB of memory, DVD/RW burner, plus the Windows 7 operating system with Works and McAfee security.

I think that for work there are a lot of great options in laptops. In this price range my favorites have been HP, Dell, and Mac. Although I find that I am a Mac user now, HP and Dell have been among some of the top performing laptops I've had. Since you already have a suggestion for a couple Windows operating systems, might I also suggest another Mac option such as the MacBook Air. All the bells and whistles of a Mac (heightened security, better performance, and extremely powerful) but in a very lightweight package. The only downside of this particular model is that it only comes with 4GB of RAM, however, if this computer is strictly work related, you will have more than you will ever need.

I think that CNET rates the Sony S tablet as number 1 and the Samsung as number 2 right now but I prefer the Samsung to all others as far as Android goes. You can go a little less expensive if you get the 7 inch screen but I like the size of the 10 inch much better. It's sleek and light and I personally think it is the closes thing to the iPad 2 as you're going to get. It has a 3 megapixel camera in the back and a 2 megapixel camera in the front and pretty powerful speakers. The only things I can't say I love on it is that there are a serious lack of ports and the plastic back makes it feel cheap. Oh, the other thing I'm bummed about, but this goes for all Android applications, is that Netflix is still not offered. That would be a great addition.

I think any sports jacket would be appropriate for all seasons but I really like plaid, especially for fall. This jacket pulls that off well and would be easy enough to dress up or down for what ever occasion you might have in mind. Fits well and trim. It's also wool so it will keep you warm on those cool days or nights. I love the look.

I'm not sure how old your kids are but for my toddlers we buy the coloring sets that leave no mess behind. The markers only color on the pages they are meant to color on and nothing more. It's a great and stress free travel for my wife and I and the kids are coloring so they don't even notice that it isn't quite a regular marker. I think they're great for traveling.

I purchased this lawn care system some years ago and haven't looked back. They are quieter than gas powered lawn care tools and don't have the smell or constant trips to the gas station. I know that sounds lazy but when I get myself started I don't want to stop. The mounting system is great because you can charge all three of your battery operated tools at the same time. The quality is great and have held up for the better part of 5 years that I've owned them. My neighbors have loved how quiet they are as well (I like to mow in the early or later hours) and 2 of them were so impressed went out and purchased the same set up. It's a great deal.

These are great little machines. My wife and kids have allergies and asthma so whatever I can do to help them out, I will. When my daughter was born we purchased this for her room to see if it would help, it definitely did and it was so easy to use and clean so getting another when my son was born was a no brainer. You choose a setting (hi, med, lo) and run it as long as you want or need to and when the red indicator light comes on you take out the filter and vacuum it out. It's very easy and quick. Then you reset the button and go again. We've had one of them for at least 4 years and the other going on 2 and not once have we had any problems with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I commend you on your goal. My wife has been training as well but found out we were having a baby so she's taking some time off. This was her shot of choice while training. She couldn't stomach the GU but like the Clif Shot Bloks very much. Even when she was too tired to eat she was still able to pop one of these in her mouth and feel rejuvenated in no time. She generally didn't chew on them because she was afraid of it coming on too fast but sucking on them seemed to be great. She loved the taste and the packaging was easy to travel with. These are a great energy option.

I'm not great at eating every meal time but I do try so that I'm not scarfing down everything I see. These are great for a snack and pack a lot of protein into each bar. These are my favorite chocolate and peanut butter bars. They taste great and are better rounded than most other bars I've tried. Some have too many calories and not enough protein, some have to many carbs, etc. These seem to be just about perfect so I stick to what is good. They are especially great for when I travel or before/after a workout. My kids are even fans and that's saying a lot considering they don't like anything!

This is a great quality trampoline with enclosure set we purchased for our kids (ages 5 and 7). They have a great time and while we still monitor their play we don't have to worry so much about them falling out. 12 feet for them seems to be plenty of room too. This one is great because in the 6 plus months we've owned it it hasn't shown any worse for wear and it is rust resistant. We live in Washington climate so that has a been a real treat thus far. We do have some issue keeping the blue padding around the edges completely attached (seems to move forward some as we jump) but I have some zip ties that I may attach to keep it all together. It doesn't offer any safety hazard but I like it to cover the springs nonetheless. I think it's been a great buy and the kids get hours of fun and exercise.

My wife also runs her business from home and purchased this fax machine to complete the office setting. It's great for everyday use, copy speed is about 3-4 pages per minute, and has the ability to store over 50 numbers that you regularly fax. It's great for her small business but it's not heavy duty for large capacity use and as long as you're not expecting rapid speed it's perfect at a perfect value.

Price and screen size sold me on this organizer and I'm so glad I did. The size is perfect for any sized hands, it's sturdy and durable, and the search function is easy and fast. One of my favorite features is the expense feature offered. I can input my expenses, calculate them, and categorize them for budgeting, etc. There are some annoying little tid bits but for the price you won't find better. It does everything you need and want and it does so effectively.

I've had my stereo stolen from my boat on 2 or 3 occasions so I don't buy anything expensive or flashy. This is a really great stereo system for your money. It plays MP3, AM/FM, and CD. I don't generally use the CD anymore, myself, but it works great for everything else. I have recently purchased the bluetooth adapter (the receiver is bluetooth ready) so that will be fun. I mean it's a boat so it will mostly be useless because if I need to answer the phone I can (as opposed to a car) but I can play songs via bluetooth so that has made a nice addition. Faceplate does come off but I find that if I take it off I end of forgetting it when we take off boating. Going to have to come up with a system of some kind to either fix my memory or another deterrent to stealing my stereo. It's really all very basic but I've been as happy with it as with another stereo system costing 3 times as much.

Purchased this for our bayliner (before having sold the whole boat) because it seemed to fit the look well. I hadn't heard much or read much about it but was pleased that it worked so well. The channels are large and easy to read and it has a built in weather channel so we can stay on top of what's happening out there. It was easy to install, didn't even need to read the install directions. The mic/speaker was very crisp and clear. No issues hearing others and didn't get any complaints that people couldn't hear me. The box said that the radio was completely submersible so I tried it (curious) and it all came out fine. I didn't make a habit of testing the waters was was happy to have it work out the first time.

I'm not sure if you're looking for a unit that you can install or a handheld but my buddy just bought this unit for his boat and has been really happy with it. Gramin makes a great product. It has 8MB of memory to store locations, etc. and it's completely waterproof. Oh, and it floats in water...we've actually put that to the test! Even as small as it is you can easily see maps and it's all very easy to use. I have heard complaints that it may not work on Mac but because he and I have PCs we've not been able to verify that so it may be something people need to look further into. The Garmin NUVI has not problem with Mac but who knows. Good luck on the rebuild.

Dell makes an all in one that is very simple, very fast, and a huge space saver but has a 23 inch screen that is touch capable and runs Windows 7. This is a beautiful machine as PCs go. Not only does it perform really well but it looks great, very professional but very affordable. Picture quality is great, you can watch blu-ray movies, and games couldn't be better played than on this baby. It's all been smooth running since I purchased it. Couldn't be happier.

Does it help to mention that you're looking at two different camera categories? They still offer similar capabilities and features but they are in a different class from one another. I don't have a preference one over the other, I've owned them both and sold them both (for no particular cause). They're great cameras but it will be based on personal preference. I suggest you go back to the store, see if they allow for picture proof and compare that way. Might be the easiest way to decide.

Tongs are a good accessory to have to remove or agitate your photos. They are a great value and perfect for colored photos. The black and white process often requires an additional step than color and there are only 3 tongs so I had to buy another set but only needed one from the additional set. At any rate, they do what they need to do and I think for the price it was worth it.
