I'm a male from the Midwestern USA, brought here by Reddit. I enjoy electronics and taking them apart just to see their internal architecture. I have built my own computer before, flashed several xboxs, had apple and android devices in my past, and do consider myself somewhat smart when it comes to computers. I think I'll fit in here nicely...

What are the best java SDKs to make 3D games under $10?
The SDK is free from Oracles Website. If you ever have to pay for it, it is a scam. You can find tutorials for free, and also get free IDE's. Java is a program you can learn absolutely free of charge.

Tera Online, WoW, or ???
Guild Wars 2 Hands down. Let me settle what other people have been saying, starting with Star Wars: The Old Republic...

SWTOR (AKA TORtanic): At first glance this may seem like a great game, but it is far from it. The major flaw with it is it is all developed around Story, nothing else. The graphics and actual gameplay of it are O.K. But the other major flaw is the lack of players. Google TORtanic and you will see a picture of the Titanic approaching the Iceberg with Star Wars the Old Republic on the side of it, slowly creeping up on the iceberg with Guild Wars 2 on it. SW;TOR will be a game that everyone forgets about in no more than 6 months. It has nothing going for it (Except fanboy Biodrones attempting to stick up for it, and the developers promising patches that will add "more content",) and nothing really stands out.

WoW: WoW is a 7 year old game that is slowly dwindling down. I'm not saying that they're a dying game, definitely not, they still have about 10 million subscribers (Yes, 10 million, they're subscriber count dropped in the last quarter). But the developers are releasing a new expansion every other year. I think if you picked it up right now, you would enjoy it.

Guild Wars 2: A game that has been in the making for several years. So far the developers have promised a lot from it, and the content we've seen thus far does nothing but represent what they've been saying. My opinion on the game is really biased, so I'm not going to try and lure you in through propoganda, but I assume it will probably hurt WoW's subscription numbers. The #1 thing I can tell you about Guild Wars 2 that will be freakin' awesome is the fact that there are no subscription fees. If you want your own opinion on the game, go to youtube and just type in Guild Wars 2 and watch all the gameplay.

Tera: An up and coming MMO due to release in May. Not sure how well this one will last though, so I wouldn't get too high of hopes for it, but the people that played the beta seemed to enjoy it.

If you read all that, good for you. That was just my input on the major MMO's on the scene today. Criticize them if you must, but please don't bias your opinion all because you favor one MMO over the other. We're helping someone here, not creating a flame war.

What's the best computer that can be built on a low budget. Only the guts necessary (no monitors, mice, etc.). under $1000?
If you're looking to build your own for under $1,000 I have compiled a list from Newegg of computer parts that should make your computer about the best possible, with going just over your budget by $30.

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
HDD (Assuming you need one): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
Graphics Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

This build also assumes you don't need a case. If you want to cut some money out of that build, you can drop the i7 down to an i5-2500k and just OC that if you want.

What video card is better Geforce 560ti or raedon 6950?
The Ti is better by a little bit, but if you're feeling lucky you can get a 6950 and hope to get a flashable 6970 model, which will then become a tad bit better than the 6950. Google making the 6950 a 6970 to better understand what I mean, you basically just flash the graphics cards BiOS

what is a reasonable priced computer graphics card that could run BF3 under $200?
  Newegg.com - XFX HD-687A-ZHFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI ...
Brian T.'s card is probably the best bang for your buck on the Nvidia side. If you're looking for AMD (Which I'm not as acknowledged in) I do believe the 6870 (Correct me if I'm wrong) is about the best bang for your buck.

Building a Computer, advice on parts I bought under $600?
This computer looks good. The power supply should be more than enough, as 700W should last you for quite some time. It's always better to have an excessive amount, but really you shouldn't be reaching 700W on your computer. I do take it that you did not buy a CPU yet though, am I correct? Let's presume I am, and let me say that look under the supported CPU types, which I hope you did, and chose one of those. It has a wide variety, and for your budget, I think your computer will turn out fine.

Good luck on your journey, as I just recently built mine, and I am very glad I did.
