I suggest this KitchenAid.
Crushes ice well, makes juices, smoothies, soups, etc. The polycarbonate pitcher will be extra durable, and the stainless steel blade will last a long time. Has an auto "ice crush" button, and the .9 hp motor should do an awesome job with ice and juice.

This one has a daily capacity of right around 1000 sheets. That should be plenty for your office, at least I would think so! Unless you have a very large amount of paper to be shredded!
It has a large waste bin, can shred 10 sheets at a time, won't jam, and is supposedly very quiet, although I can't say from personal experience.
A little pricey, but with identity theft being so prevalent these days there is no such thing as being too careful!
|
|
|
|
|
This would be the way to go. Cross-cut style, jam proof, auto safety features, large 9 gallon pull out bin, and all at a fairly low price, considering all its features.
It has plenty of great reviews, so you don't have to take my word for it.
Also can cut through cd's and stuff.

This will work with the newest iPad model, assuming that's what you want it for.
I guess it sort of depends on what style of case you are going for.... there is the aluminum style hard case or the fold up, notebook style like this. Either type can be effective, but I think this is one of the nicer products available right now.
So you get a great looking rigid case (reinforced polyurethane fabric cover) with velcro fastener. Inside is a removable keyboard, and of course you can keep your iPad in there as well. The keyboard can sit in the case and the iPad oriented to give you a laptop-like typing experience. However, since the keyboard is removable and can connect wirelessly it can be removed and used anywhere in the room. Keyboard has nice tactile feel.
Also, the case can be manipulated to be a stand for your iPad, for watching movies or what have you.
I like this option because it's like a 3-in-one. You get a solid, attractive case, a keyboard, and a stand.

This should do well for you. It has a 40-Inch screen with 1080p resolution. Has a refresh rate of 60 Hz and is an LCD HDTV..... even comes with a 2 year warranty

This is going to be an excellent small business option. Don't know your budget or workload, but I think if you need a lot of printing done it's a necessary investment.
Pretty fast, with up to 30ppm color and black printing. Has some features that are great for a business like
Automatic duplex printing
Wireless, Ethernet and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interfaces
800-sheet paper capacity
128MB memory, expandable
It's a high quality machine, but not ridiculously huge, as you usually see with higher prices laser printers.

I would suggest going with Pixma.
These are so solid, all the way around. Easily print high quality stuff wirelessly from anywhere in your house. It's also all in one, so you can scan and copy as well.
Canon actually makes many different versions of this printer, but I wanted to suggest a reasonably priced one for you.
I like these because they are just solid and reliable. Not super fancy but they get the job done, and that's what counts!
|
|
|
|
|
These are great, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Comfortable fit, inline mic and controls.
They have a big bass boost feature that sounds surprisingly big and full.
Comes with multiple silicone ear tips for custom fit.

Offer to split the cost! Or do some yardwork or something.... it's worth it!

I have no hesitation suggesting this camera from Sony. Fantastic stuff right here.
First off, it has a huge 3.5" touchscreen LCD display. The fact that it is touchscreen is great because it allows you to easily navigate menus and even touch the screen to focus on whatever you need. I think 3.5" is about as big as it gets for point and shoots right now.
Other enticing features are the Carl Zeiss lens (these are very high quality lenses), 4x Optical Zoom, and the ability to take HD video. Sony is a really good camera company and I think you will get a lot of great use out of this thing!
|
|
|
|
|
Here's a great budget option for you.... not sure what your price range is but these will certainly do the trick. No need to spend more than this, really.... at least in my estimation.
They are small and lightweight (which equals comfortable) and have Sennheiser's legendary sound quality behind them. They also have a nice little adjustable boom mic for comfort.
These are just what the doctor ordered, my friend.
|
|
|
|
|
These are pretty solid monitors and they have tons of connection options, including mac compatibility. Lots of great reviews as well.
Very reasonably priced, 1080p, LED backlit for energy savings.
It's a great deal and I think you would like this thing a lot.

Not THE biggest, but one of the biggest. Also check out the tower bridge.

I think you can do it with a capture card (like easy cap) but it will be analog and not HD, and seems to be quite difficult to set it up right....

Trevor's suggestion is excellent.... turtle Beach makes some of the best headsets in this price range. This is another good option for you... an excellent wireless headset.
Besides looking very sleek, they provide big comfortable ear pads and an excellent, big sound.
A feature that sort of sets these apart is the wireless base station: its 5.8 GHz wireless range avoids potential interference using a much larger bandwidth (usually you see 2.4 Ghz). I think it's an ideal 360 headset.
|
|
|

I don't know if you would consider something like this, but it has some good stuff going on inside and is under $600.
It has an EVGA nVidia GeForce GT 520 1GB PCI-Express Video Card, 4gb DDR3, 500GB hard drive, and an Intel Core i3-540 3.06GHz Dual Core 4MB processer. You can also mix 'n match different parts for a more custom design.
I don't own of these, but it's an intriguing option.
|
|
|
|
|
Try these man! They are only 14 dollars but they lok like a decent pair. Pretty big, but they look comfortable and seem to have solid reviews.
They even have a gold-plated 3.5mm plug and big 40mm drivers.
Seems like a good price-to-quality ratio.
|
|
|
|
|
You should definitely extend your budget at least to $30... then you can get a decent webcam like this or the one Eugene suggested. Anything less than this might be kind of crappy. This one actually captures HD video and is only $30... I know you can spend 30 if you're willing to spend 20!
|
|
|
|
|
I think this is the best deal you will find. Around $130 is a great price for this thing because it is a wonderful camera! It has an LCD screen, image stabilized zoom, a 16 mp sensor, and a high quality Leica Lens.
For super easy shooting it has iA mode, where the camera senses your light and shooting conditions and sets itself up for the perfect picture, so all you have to do point and shoot for real!

This pretty close to what you want....might want to check out the link. It's tough to find a great gaming laptop at this price point, but I think this one will do pretty well for your purposes.

On the pricey side, but this would be a fantastic choice for your All-in-One wireless HiFi system. It is small but can deliver big sound, with its 5 integrated speakers powered by 5 digital amps.
Apparently this thing is easy to pair with your devices and get going immediately. It is portable and high quality. Definitely one of the best airplay enabled devices available.

This is the best game for Vita right now. An awesome adventure game, everything I though it would be. Good story, fun gameplay, good soundtrack, and oh yes.... it's addictive.

Right! I guess it comes down to the fact that the two phones appeal to two different demographics. To one demographic the increased specs are not worth the increased price, because they do not have an interest in those specs. It's all a perceived value.
That's my take on it, anyways!
|
|
|
|
|
Not really a cheap alternative, but these are nice, too. Somewhat sleeker design, too. They record 1080p HD video, 30fps. The lithium ion battery gets you about 4 hours record time.
Apparently they use these on Dirty Jobs when the space is too small for their big cameras!
|
|
|
|
|
I personally think this is the best point and shoot around right now, especially in its compact class. It has a really nice Leica lens, high quality sensor (that actually makes it decent for low-light shots), 3.8x Optical zoom, image stabilization, face detection, and like a thousand other cool features. It's just a really nice camera, all the way around.

You should do Wii Yoga. Certain types of Yoga are TOUGH!!! I always assumed Yoga would be more relaxing than strenuous, but damn I was wrong! You can work your whole body, do cardio, core, everything. You should give it a try!

Hey man I don't know if you're down with something this big, but these are really nice. My good friend has these in his little home music studio, and uses them for mixing and stuff. Everything sounds great on them, and even the intricacies of music editing are clear as day through these speakers.... so I assume they will be equally excellent for gaming. When my speakers finally go (which they will very soon here....) I will probably purchase these as a much needed replacement. I am sure you will like them!

Olympus makes a nice point and shoot, I think you would have a good time with this camera. Besides taking great pics, it has some features that make it not only a good photography tool but a fun photography toy. Things like 18x zoom, HD video (although it should be noted that you can't use the zoom while recording video), and image stabilization will make it a great school companion for you!

In my humble opinion Bounty Hunter is the coolest. The combat is rad.
Here's a really silly website if you want to try it.... helps you figure out the best class based on some questions. Seems kind of silly to me, but maybe worth a try... if you're desperate....

Guess it depends on your definition of cheap.... but this will be an excellent headset for you. Right around $50 is not too bad if you ask me. Too much less and you will start noticing a drop in quality. You gotta have something if you want to be competitive! With these wou will be able to hear every little sound around you (in the game...not real life). They have a built in amp, to really kick things up a notch.

I have only viewed 3D tv once for about a minute and yeah, it was pretty cool! I mean it is definitely unmistakably a 3D image.
There are different types to consider, though. For real 3D you do need to wear the glasses, and not all shows will be in 3D. You have to buy 3D content (like a subscription to 3D channels, 3D blu ray, etc.) to enjoy the full 3D experience. You of course also need a 3D capable TV, and a 3D source (like a 3D blu ray player or ps3).
There are also TV's that do passive 3D in which you can watch non-3D formats that will look somewhat 3D, although not the real deal (for this I don't think you need glasses). Hope this helps!

The best thing for me is just having such a powerful tool at my fingertips at all times. I love that I can answer any question that comes up, and I can always find where I need to go....stuff like that. Knowledge is power, right?

These would probably be worth your money, if you prefer this style headphone. It's not wireless, which is a bit disappointing, but it will offer comfort and pretty high sound quality. I like that the mic can rotate out of your face when you're not using it.
These aren't going to be audiophile quality, but they wil be good for gaming, and I think you will be happy with the over all price vs. quality the offer.

I like the 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid.

This device has some conflicting reviews, but overall it's an excellent headset, possibly with some fit problems.
In general it is pretty much agreed that this headset provides excellent call/sound quality, long talk time (4-5 hours), decent noise canceling abilities, good outside/wind abilities, and a great range. The only complaint that some people have is that it can be a bit uncomfortable at times. Now, I don't know how much you are planning on using this thing, but I think for medium use it will be excellent. However, if yo plan on using it for hours at a time, it might not be the best choice as far as comfort goes.
That being said, everyone's head is shaped differently, and what is uncomfortable for one person might be very comfortable for the next.
One more thing.... it looks awesome! Finally a sleek, stay out of the way bluetooth that I would feel good about wearing around!
|
|

If you want something small....
It's only like 2 inches long, and weighs a grand total of 4 ounces. I think this will be a great little travel companion for you. It even has a little feature where you can stick it right onto your laptop so you don't lose it... that's how small it is.
It is wireless and boasts the worlds smallest dongle (or receiver). Definitely compact.
The one thing to mention that some people have complained about is the range. While it is ample for everyday use, it is not quite as large as they advertise.... only expect about 3 feet (plenty if you ask me).

Terraria is a really fun Indie game (on Steam) for $10. Check it out!

|
|
|
In my humble opinion, this is the best laptop for travel. Great battery life, good screen size, small, light, portable, and powerful enough for all my needs. Pro's are very durable and well built, too. The only concern that has been brought to my attention is if it does need fixing, sometimes it is hard to find an Apple store that can do it, because they are not as numerous as PC repair shops. However, Macs are very reliable and therefor hopefully will not need any fixing.
|
|
|
|
|
So this isn't the most acclaimed tv brand, but they do make some nice equipment and this one totally fits your criteria.... also has good reviews online.
Has DVI, HDMI, component, cable hookups. Decent response time (5ms) and it has 1920 x 1080 resolution. Oh it's slightly larger than you wanted, hope that's not a problem.

As mentioned on another post on this site, this is one of the fastest cameras around.
It can shoot an exceptional 10 fps, consecutively.
It has really fast (and accurate) AF, and even continuous AF while filming HD video.
Great for action, no question.
|
|
|
|
|
It's a superior action camera!!!!
This thing is BUILT for speed. It can take consecutive photos at 10 per second, which is ridiculous. It also has really fast 15-point autofocus. The full-time phase-detection autofocus it uses also operates in video mode, which is the first of its kind. Not only is the autofocus extremely fast, it's also accurate.
At this price point I don't think you will find a faster camera.

Well if you're one of those guys who hates macs you won't like my suggestion, but when you mentioned performance and reliability I immediately though mac. I've had mine (regular macbook, 13 inch) for about 3 years and I seriously have never had a problem with it, at all. It works just as well right now as it did 3 years ago. Pretty impressive. And it's fast, too. Maybe get a 17 inch if you like that extra screen real estate.

Here's a great mic for you, Sean. Audio Technica makes a wonderful condenser..... the type you will want for studio work. A condenser (as compared to a dynamic) mic will have a larger diaphragm and is capable of recording higher quality, more accurate sounds. This one in particular will be excellent for your vocals and acoustic guitar... in fact I saw a review on the link in which someone talks about how great it is for that set up. It will have a very crisp and flat response, which is what you will want.
I would say this is one of the best mics in this price range, actually.
Keep in ind that if you buy a condenser you also have to buy an interface (and XLR cables and whatnot). If you want to save a few bucks, you might want to look into a USB mic. That way you can plug the mic directly into your computer, rather then having to buy extra hardware.
Audi Technica makes a nice USB mic, too.

Iconia is saweeeeet! I suggest this for a few reasons.
#1 It looks professional. Very sleek and clean looking. No bells and whistles. Looks like a business tool rather than a fun entertainment toy.
#2 Large screen. The 10" screen is bright and clear and will make your correspondance and presentations (and anything else you need to do) easy and fun.
#3 Honeycomb OS is excellent, and the tablet in general is great at multitasking with its NVIDIA dual core processer.
#4 Connectivity! (internet and hardware) 802.11b/g/n Wireless (802.11n 2.4GHz only), Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 1 Micro USB 2.0 Port, 1 USB 2.0 Port, 1 Micro HDMI out
#5 8 hour battery life!
Good stuff all the way around from Acer. Their contribution to the tablet market is a good one!

Absolutely agree with Chris. As far as I'm concerned there is no better machine to run your show than a Macbook.
Now obviously there are plenty of non-mac computers that are equally capable and with plenty of computing power. But as an aspiring DJ you need to invest in yourself a few years down the road. If you buy a Mac you know it will still be cranking out tunes years from now. Also, since you are sort of new to the field, you will want something that is easy to learn and use and RELIABLE. I think if I had one word to describe my mac it would be reliable. Don't want to be caught off guard by anything... macs are just solid and reliable and predictable. Plus they happen to excel at running mixing software like Ableton's Live or Reaktor.

Hey I live in Chicago and I totally understand what you're saying... the old architecture next to the new, and how the new buildings have some elements of the old ones they're next to.... so much thought goes into these buildings and they are absolutely spectacular.
Anyways, I think Nikon's D5100 would be a great camera for you. It's sort of an all around great camera, good for just about any situation. They advertise the D5100 as having an excellent "HDR" or High Dynamic Range, meaning it can shoot scenes in shadow equally as well as sunlight... scenes with extreme contrasts, such as bright, sunlit clouds with deep shadows in the for ground will look sharp all the way around. This is exactly what you need or city shooting, as those skyscrapers create lots of shadows and therefor lots of contrast.

I would definitely vote iPad 2. It has a bigger screen and amazing battery life. I really don't think portability is a huge issue between these two. I mean they are both very small, very portable devices. I don't think you'll ever find yourself saying "man this iPad is way too heavy to carry on a plane." But I think you will appreciate the larger screen for viewing.

This is easily connected to the internet and it has a bunch of built in apps. This is cool because you don't have to rely on external devices to connect to Vudu or Flickr. Vudu has a lot of online services that go beyond the built in apps, so there are a lot of options. You of course can get access to Netflix, plus hundreds of other apps like Facebook, Pandora, Twitter, and Flickr through Vudu. The TV will also automatically go online and check for firmware updates. This is what I like about the TV! It's designed to be flexible and all inclusive on the net. You will not only have access to just about any movie you've ever heard of, but also any recording artist, through Napster.
This thing is ready to go online.
It also will have a beautiful picture for you (you can see those specs for yourself...true HD) and it just looks impressive all the way around.... very thin and sleek. I guess I have sen one negative comment about this thing, and it is that the 3D mode is a little dimmer/duller than 2D, which is a shame but I don't think it's a deal breaker.

Okay bear with me for a minute... I'm $34 over budget but I think it is worth the extra cash for this Vizio. This is a very respectable television and will be perfect for your gaming needs. I really like Vizio... my dad has one, I have one, and nothing but good stuff to say about 'em. In fact, when the backlighting went out on my dad's like a month ago they immediately sent someone to deal with it, and in just a couple of days it was fixed and working perfectly. So I can recommend them based on their warranty and customer service, because my dad had no problems with them at all.
I can also recommend Vizio based on their picture quality. Mine is only 720p and the picture is beautiful. 1080p will probably be noticeably even better.
32' is a decent size, and I think overall it's a great price for the size and quality. If you can, mount it on your wall because it will look even better. It's only 1.62" thick. That will look sick as hell.
For gaming, obviously the picture will look good, but also it has 4 HDMI inputs (with HDCP) and also a PC input. Should be sweet!

You ever try Komodo Edit? I've heard good things, but never used it myself. I also use Notepad++ though

I like AVG free. it's very popular for a reason- it works really well! They offer complete malware protection and minimal bloat.
The most annoying thing you have to deal with is reminders that you could upgrade and start paying money... but you don't ever have to.

I think these are what a lot of professionals use.... they are some bomb headphones. Sorry, they're slightly over your budget, but only by $10, so I figure that's reasonable.
You can expect fantastic sound clarity and a very comfortable fit. These are super comfy... they like very delicately stretch out over the top of your head and just rest there... it's almost like they're not even on. It has a pull out microphone and volume control on the cord.
Definitely an impressive set.

This is tough because a lot of companies falsely advertise their cameras as being 'waterproof' when in fact they are barely even water resistant. If you read the one star reviews on Amazon, many "waterproof" cameras are completely useless in the water and can't even take pictures while barely submerged, let alone while snorkeling or something. This Nikon is apparently actually waterproof (notice I didn't put quotes around the word this time!) and it should shoot up to 33 feet deep...I would try going any deeper though!
I don't think you should expect too much as far as picture quality, especially underwater. I mean, it will get some decent pictures, but they won't be particularly high quality. It does have a 16 megapixel CMOS sensor which will help with the low light shooting that you will face being underwater. It also takes video, which will be very fun underwater.
This thing is designed to be tough and to take a beating. It's shock proof and waterproof and they even say it's freeze proof, down to 14 degrees F. This thing will be great for outdoors activities, too. It's rugged and takes some pretty nice photos. Definitely a good option.

This would be a perfect little camera for youtube videos. I would say grab a cheap tripod off amazon or something and this thing would do great. USB output makes it easily compatible with just about any computer, and it even comes with software for you to get started right away.
This was seriously designed for the budding (budget) youtube star!

LG makes a killer television. (watch out!!)
Don't worry, it's not actually dangerous. But I've seen these in Costco and am always surprised by not only the nice resolution but also the reasonable prices.
Check it out.

Man I would have to agree with Becca that dslr is definitely the best way to go. However, at this price point your dslr would probably have to be used. If you're cool with that I would say go with Becca's suggestion....a used Canon or Nikon would be excellent for you.
If you want to go new, I have heard this is a pretty nice camera.
You should be able to get some high quality pics with it, and it's got some helpful features like image stabilization to help you with those beginners quirks :)

I would say under $300 puts you in the Netbook range... perfect for travel and very affordable.
If you can stand to go slightly over budget you could pick up this Toshiba for $340 which is a pretty great price.
I mean it's a netbook and you shouldn't expect a powerhouse of any sort but it will be nice for media and staying connected while you're on the road.

Wow when they say there is an app for everything they're not kidding!!! I can't believe this even exists!
That being said, it does look like a nice app. Tells you the duration of the contraction and how often they are actually happening. I guess you just time it yourself by hitting start and stop?

Here's a nice one for you to consider.
It's super nice to have your laptop connected to everything like a desktop, all with one connection.
It's a nice setup with an adjustable viewing angle. It's got tons of inputs (try 6 USB inputs).
This thing will save you some space and some time... good deal!

I would recommend a Ludwig drum set. You've probably heard of this company and seen their logo a thousand times...they've been in the drum making business for a hundred years. it's always good to buy instruments with a good reputation behind them!

Code Alarm is a good way to go. I have this system on my car and it works pretty much perfectly. You can turn up the sensitivity really high so even a light touch will set it off. Got it professionally installed, I would recommend doing the same because the manual that came with it was not very helpful.

This game is sooooo addictive!! Fun fun fun. It's got 6 awesome bit.trip games in this revamped compilation. The games are still as awesome as ever, but with some extra features that make it worth the cash, because you want to play these games on a wii. Highly suggested!

For something COMPLETELY different, check out these rock frames! Pretty cool, although possibly more expensive than you are hoping for.

Yeah I would also recommend a mac, although if you were on a budget you could get away with using other computers, too, assuming they have a minimum 600 MHz FSB, minimum 2GB RAM, and maybe a 32 GB solid state harddrive. I think those are the minimum requirements you will need to put on a killer show.
|

Yeah I would say go with Barnes and Noble reader for PC, only because they have a massive collection of books and magazines and stuff... over two million titles to choose from. Oh and it's free!

I would check out Shure or Sennheiser. They make good microphones for just about everything.
I think you will need to spend more than $250 to get a good mic and a transmitter/receiver.
You should look into the Sennhieser receiver to go with it, but that will be a couple hundred more dollars. You really don't want to go with a crappy mic because it will crap out on you in when you need it most! Like in the middle of a performance.
These things are expensive :(
|
|
|
|
|
I big time recommend this mic. AKG's are wonderful microphones, and the cost to performance ratio is awesome.
I can't tell by the Amazon description if it comes with the case and shock mount, but you will at least want the shock mount (and a pop filter) so pick one up if needed.
I use this mic to record vocals and guitar mostly. It has a decently large diaphragm, so it's able to accurately capture a wide range of frequencies... like my vocals sound equally as clear as my guitar.
Since it's an AKG it actually comes with some professional features, like a switchable bass cut filter and preattenuation pad, so you can have control even with loud sound sources.
I also want to mention the solid build. The body is all metal, so if you had to travel with it it would survive no problem.
I think you will be very happy with this thing! Check it out!

Forget decent, these are freaking phenomenal! And they look pretty spiffy if I may say so.
Bose really does make excellent speakers and sound systems, especially in the audio clarity department. You can hear everything so much more accurately with a nice set of speakers, the way things were made to be heard.
The range is awesome and full from top to bottom, the woofer being especially pleasant sounding. The system isn't overly powerful, but like I said I am recommending this based on sound clarity, not quantity. Finesse, you know?
If you don't mind the little investment, these are fantastic and I don't see how you could not be satisfied.

I have read horror stories of people's surge protectors being overloaded and destroying entire home theaters... uugggghhh that would suck so bad. I say if you spend a lot of money on the system it's worth it to buy the necessary equipment to keep it safe.
This thing is monster for real.
They aren't messing around.
It's got a 2,600 joule rating (pretty darn good) and a $200,000 connected equipment warranty to go with it. That should cover it!
It's nice when there are thunderstorms and stuff to not have to worry about your valuable electronics!

Apple is definitely the only place that I would buy one from. It will have a warranty of some sort and yeah, it will be a trustworthy computer.

Well when it comes to computer cases I always have to suggest Cooler Master. I think they are great to work on and they look nice too. Of course it can accomodate a fantastic liquid cooling system that lets you game at XTREME TEMPS (jk) But even without the liquid cool, the multiple fans keep the temp down.
I should also mention that Cooler Masters tend to have a lot of interior work space - they are designed very well in that regard. Makes the whole process much easier!

Hi,
This is the one I have and I like it pretty well. It docks, plays, and charges my ipod. The sound is pretty good. As far as I am concerned, all of these things have pretty similar sound quality.... it's clear and nice but not amazing. Buy a full sound system if you want amazing.
I have it mounted on my wall in my kitchen so I can cook and clean to my tunes.
So yeah it's good and I suggest you buy one (no alarm clock though!)

I use this for some DJing that I do. I think it sounds fantastic, especially for the price. It's really a great value. It's built with some meat: a high torque motor, steel top, aluminum platter, rubber base for cushion. Easily outperforms most other units in this price point, I would say. It also has an interchangeable aluminum tonearm.
Ahhh it's nice to finally find something that functions like a high-end machine for a low-end price.
Very happy with it all the way around.

What? Rolodex makes things other than the phone number flippy deal?
You bet they do.
This is a great laptop stand for your desk. It has multiple angles for you to chose from, and also has a mesh style surface, to aid in your laptop's cooling needs... although there is no fan to suck the warm air away. It's more of a passive heat transfer, but hey it works just fine. And you don't have to plug it in.
This is a well built stand. I think you will be happy with it.

You gotta try Da Blob 2!! (I'm sure the original is good, too, but I haven't played it). Basically,
you play as Da Blob, and have to go around bringing color back into the world. Comrade Black and the inkies have taken all the color out of the world, so it's your job to paint everything and bring color back to this black and white world. You have to complete color challenges (that actually get pretty difficult), crush your opponents, smash into things, run on walls, and player 2 gets to snipe with paint all the while.
It's a story type game, so you gotta give it a minute to get into it. At first I was like 'this is so boring' and now I can't wait until my girlfriend gets out of work just so we can play it together!
Best game you've never heard of.

I think think this would be a good starter board, and since it's just under $200, you'll be able to buy yourself some bindings as well!
I think as a beginner you will find this board to be awesome to ride, as you won't need features found on more expensive boards. Try a season on this board, and maybe you can upgrade next year if you fall in love with the sport (which you will)

I highly recommend this card for your dslr. I use it for my Canon Rebel T1i and it's really fast and reliable. Great for capturing HD video. Don't waste your time with something slow that will bog you down! This is what you need :)

You gotta check out Refried Cycles! I don't live in San Fran but I have a friend there who rides a lot and he's taken me here. Really cool shop, nice rebuilt bikes, and a knowledgable staff made for a reason to come back! (and to recommend them to others!)

I don't know if you've ever considered Time Capsule but obviously it's designed for macs and it works with time machine....wirelessly backs you up as you go!
QUITE EXPENSIVE THOUGH!!!

I really like the look of these stainless steel deals. This would look great in my modern style kitchen. Kind of industrial style. 49" is a decent height that should be workable for most people.

Makita is a trusted brand in tools. This is light and compact, the perfect drill to keep around the house for general use. The lithium Ion battery will provide plenty of power for light duty construction work. Based on my experience with it, I definitely recommend this drill.

These are nice! I have 2 of them.
I mean it does what it's supposed to do... moves air and not to loud. Perfect.
No LEDs or anything fancy.

You should try this hand cream, Brad. I use it almost every day in the winter. It's non-greasy so long as you rub it all in all the way. Kind of waxy feeling, in a good way. It really nourishes dry hands and makes them feel so much better!

I think cactus is totally the best idea. A little cactus garden would look sweet. Almost impossible to kill!

I like these, because
1) you fill it with soap so you don't have to keep stopping to squirt soap
2) I like the plastic bristles- they power through most dish scum, and
3) Interchangeable brush means I can always have a clean one. I won't be trying to scrub dishes with a dirty brush.

|
|
|
I like this goal pretty well. It's pretty portable although set-up/take-down does take a few minutes. It's great in my backyard and for the occasional weekend match with my friends.
The only thing I don't like is that the net is made a bit cheap, and has torn a bit on several occasions. Doesn't effect game play, it just doesn't look quite as nice :(
|
|
|
|
|
GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE COMPASS!! Compass does not work at all
The blade is sturdy and sharp. The bottle opener works, as does the magnifying glass, although it's small. Has little tweezers, too.
It wil fit in my wallet, although it adds too much bulk to carry around all the time, so I only add it when I am going for an adventure, or basically any time I leave the city.
It feels good to be prepared for the worst.

This is a great cheap bag that is super comfortable, but definitely not roomy. It will fit your laptop, charger, maybe one notebook and a small book, and a couple pens. It's not terribly well made but it gets the job done... gets my computer safely wherever I need to go, and that's hat counts.
|
|
|
|
|
iLove it! Very simple little system. not a huge sound, but definitely a crisp sound. it will play songs from your iPad 2 (or iPhone 4) while it charges it.
It's great! Fills up my kitchen while I cook. Nice sounding unit.

Every Friday night when I was young we would go out for 'family night' at Roma Pizza... our favorite local pizza joint. So many fond memories of those times! It was an awesome tradition.
Also, sometimes we would do something a little more exciting that pizza, like occasionally we would all go ice skating, or go see a movie. Family night is a great thing to do. I have so many great memories of my family nights!

This is right there in your price range, and oh boy it's a nice looking screen!
Very bright and very clear. Lots of video connectors. Audio is quite decent for a monitor. One thing I don't like is the menus and set up..... not very intuitive, but once you get around that it's a pleasure to watch.
|
|

|
This is my second Asus and I think it's a great computer! I like the i7 processor... pretty darn fast. Comes with 4gb ddr3.
I like that it has an HDMI output right on it. I DON"T like all the 'crapware' that comes on it.... be sure to uninstall anything that you won't use, because there might be a lot!
Sorry... not under 800, but man this is a nice machine.

I would suggest these for any casual binocularing activities. For me, they are perfect for things like baseball games and concerts. I usually can only afford seats in the nosebleeds, so these really help to bring me closer to the action.
The 8X magnification is just enough to bring me right into the action, so I can see numbers on jerseys, or what type cymbals the drummer is using. It makes the experience a lot more enjoyable from far away.
They are ideal for these situations because they are compact and easy to take into venues, and certainly powerful enough to view some from a distance with clarity.
|
|
|
|
|
You should definitely get a few of these and have a mid air battle with some of your buddies! That would be oh so fun. Like a little dog fight, but with helicopters. And no missils.
Like a kamikaze helicopter fight! Yeah. Awesome.

|

|
This would be a cool investment and a really great little project. A blank board is cool because you can add your own graphics with paint or stickers or whatever you want...completely customizable. The deck is pretty nice, and so are the trucks actually. It comes ready to ride, and it's perfect for casually cruising around town, especially on flat, smooth surfaces (duh).
|
|
|
|
|
I think this p/a would be perfect for you. It puts out a decent amount of sound... 2 X 75 watts, and it has 5 channels. The best thing about it is that it is the ultimate in portability. You don't want some huge clunky thing that you can't take around with you easily.
It's certainly enough sound for a beginner system, and is in a really nice beginner's price range, too!
There's lot's of adjustment for the sound, and overall the sound is very clear. If it's ever not clear enough you can make some adjustments to the bass/treble levels to make it better for each voice individually.
This is a great, compact system that will give you a lot of use. You will definitely be happy with your purchase.

I had a fleece throw blanket I bought from K Mart for like 8 dollars and when I got home I discovered how ridiculously SMALL and LIGHT it was, and I was so disappointed! Ruined my movie night!
Well I did a little research and found this thing, which is PERFECT for me and certainly an upgrade from the K Mart thing.
It is huge! And soft! And warm. Yup - I am a happy camper now.
Thanks, Columbia, once again for making good products.

how about the old original swiss army knife? this is a helluva deal for 50 bucks, you get So many tools, like knives, screwdrivers, bottle opener, wire cutter, and way more.
of course it's built well, very solid, and the knives will be very sharp.
gotta have one of these when you go camping! you never really know what to expect in the wilderness except the unexpected!

GLS makes nice XLR's. These are heavy duty and very rugged, durable. The transmit sound without adding any of their own.... very clean signal.

i suggest these bongos. i have some because i am an amateur musician, and i like to record music a lot, and every song is a little better when you add bongos!
really fun to have around. they aren't world class or anything, but with a little tuning you can really make them sing. I am happy I bought them. they don't feel cheap or anything, and they sound good live and when i record them.

I have this thing in my bedroom.
I love the way it looks - very sleek indeed. I like that I can play my CD's and iPod. Awesome.
I also really like the sound QUALITY. Clean and accurate. I can't say much for the sound QUANTITY though! it fills up my bedroom, but that's about it. Not very loud.... total power output for this thing is only 10w. Not very much!
Like I said, fills up my bedroom, not much more.

maybe you need to wash the can itself.... they can get stinky after a while

Jim Gaffigan is ridiculously funny... I'm actually chuckling a little bit just thinking about it right now. His silly high pitched voices are so funny.
I love this guy

this is a stunningly nice tv. full hd, 1080p
the picture is so sharp and clear!
my first flat screen. I use it for streaming apple tv mostly but also some gaming and it's equally great for both. I'm not a serious gamer but the picture looks incredible no matter what you put on there. i highly recommend this tv.

these are ridiculously nice shoes... actually anything by Diadora will be a very nice shoe. I happened to find a pair of these for $120 so I splurged and bought myself a pair.... I mean they are kangaroo leather and have spring loaded cleats to reduce sock! How could I pass that up?
Anyway they are the most comfortable soccer shoe ever and I love that the laces are covered because I notice a more precise feeling kick.
Pretty expensive, but if you want a nice shoe this will rock your world.

Unfortunately those pens don't really work at all in my experience. They make the scratch more noticeable in some cases.
Anyways I suggest you try this 3M system. It's excellent for taking out light scratches from tree branches and stuff. Anything deeper than that and you should probably take it to the body shop for a deep clear coat.
Like if your fingernail gets caught when you run over the scratch it's probably too deep for you to take care of at home. Unfortunately.
But like I said this system is great for light scratches and imperfections like whirls and stuff.
It's a 5 step process (and the kit includes a how to DVD). You will need a cordless drill for the buffing - they provide the bit.
Follow the directions and it will shine your vehicle up real nice.

|
|
|
|
I would have to suggest insinkerator based on my experience.
I am not an expert but I used to build houses and do remodels with my dad (he owns a construction company) and we installed a few of these... and they were nice houses, too. I might run you a little over 150 but it's probably worth it because you get what you pay for!

I think you will be surprised at how nice this jacket is. I t is a great replica bomber. Nice leather exterior, soft and supple.
It doesn't look cheap - I was weary of this buying online because you can't really see the grain quality up close, but to my satisfaction it is a high grain and looks very nice. It has an inside lining too, which keeps it warm.
The sleeves are a little short, in fact in general the jacket is not a slim fit, true to the original style.
|
|
|
|
|
These are phenomenally warm muffs. They are expensive and they are worth every penny. Wool lined with a fleece interior... are you kidding me?! That's a helluva combination. Not only do these keep my ear warms they keep them CALIENTE and they are a wonderful way to battle the bitter winter cold.
|
|
|
|
|
This system is designed for small group settings and medium sized rooms. At that it excels. Far beyond that and you can't expect much.
But the sound quality you can get out of this is fantastic and you certainly can't beat it for the price. It has a 5 band eq which I am very pleased with because I like to have control!
It is incredibly portable. Everything you need except the speaker stands will fit in the unit. It all packs up into one unit that you can carry from gig to gig...even the mics and cables fit inside a compartment on the unit. Great design, nice flexible sound. Ideal for guitar and voice, I would say.

|
|
This is a good price for a decent pair of pants! They aren't very heavy but they most certainly are waterproof, and paired with a warm under layer they have proven to be a worthy snow pant! I like a lighter shell because I always wear an underlayer and tend to get really hot...especially with these non-breathable pants.
I really do like that they are not heavy... I don't live in freaking alaska I just need some water proof material to wrap myself in so I don't get soggy and I'll be happy.
|
|
|
|
|
This is a cool little product. Really effective, simple design. It works really well and it's flexible for just about everyone's nose.
Only problem is it is a little uncomfortable and takes a while to get used to.... also I usually find I rip it out in the middle of the night unconsciously.
Works great for eliminating snoring though, that's for sure.
|
|
|
|
|
I have to recommend this mic because it's probably the best thing you can get for under $100. Sm58's are usually used for live performance, but I think you will find it gets a clear, rich, robust sound even in a studio setting.
At the 100 dollar range you won't get a super high quality mic, but the sm58 is always reliable and always sounds good. It's very versatile, too. After you record with it you can go play some gigs with it, too!
|
|
|
|
|
I'm throwing this out there not to be controversial, but because it is a very interesting read that everyone - Bush fans or otherwise - should read. Has a lot of very controversial topics from cocaine use to Iraq disasters. One moment you love him and the next you're wondering, do the same rules that apply to most americans not apply to George W?
Very interesting stuff, well researched and presented.

|
A ridiculous tale of betrayal, surviving arctic temperatures, running from Nazi pursuers and eventually escaping, this books leaves you asking, 'how could this be true?" But everything in here has been backed up as a fact and the whole amazing story is true!
You have to read this book, it's so ridiculously entertaining and motivational. An incredible, true story you will never forget!
|
|
|
|
|
use as they describe it and you will get great results. water proofs and protects. sort of seals the paint..just an extra ayer of protection. i like it! great stuff.
|
|
|
|
|
Well if you check on Amazon you can filter the results by price and I know for a fact that they have thousands of games for under 20 dollars... and that's a good deal. Check it out... do a little browsing. You're bound to find something that appeals to you.

Really depends on what you're trying to mic, but this is a wonderful boom stand.Adjustable in every way - up, down, side to side, and you can elongate the boom part too. Very versatile and great for things like drums kits (cymbals), saxophone, or when there are different levels on stage and you need some booming!

This is a superbly written book on the events leading up to and the first few years of the American civil war.
I definitely consider myself a history buff and am always on the lookout for my next interesting read.
What I enjoyed about this book is that it's NOT another book of civil war facts organized chronologically (like a history textbook). It goes deeper than that, into the personalities and relationships between these important historical figures, and tries to gain a deeper understanding of why they made the decisions they made.
Very well researched and presented, I can't think of a more in depth book about the civil war.

I think a large machete like this would be incredibly useful on a deserted island for everything from hunting to fashioning a raft to sharpening a spear to fish with, to delf defense.
definitely my first choice.

Another great Cesar Milan book. I never thought I would like this sort of thing but the guy is AMAZING at training dogs and somehow communicates to dogs as if he was part dog or something....
This is a good book that goes into detail about what he always talks about on his show: being a pack leader and showing the dogs that you are running the show.

As far as a revitalizing, refreshing shave goes this is the new standard. Moisturizing, too. No alcohol in it (YAY! no dry face afterwards)
Also has co-Q10 which all those age defying products have... I don't seek this out intentionally but might as well use a product that's going to improve your skin rather than dry it out!
It feels remarkably soft and hydrating on my face, so much so that I don't hate shaving as much as I used to... in fact in some ways it's sort of invigorating.

This is a very common longboard truck... almost like the industry standard.
They're very popular because they produce an exceptionally stable ride, even for bigger guys (my bud is like 250 and rides on them no problem) while also leaving enough flexibility for some pretty decent carving.
Great at high speeds and downhills because of their sturdy ride.
The ONLY trucks I use for my longboard.

GREAT COOLER IDEA
It's collapsible. you put it in your freezer for a few hours before you want to pack it, or just leave it in there overnight.
The lining of the cooler is like a freezer gel pack and keeps whatever you put in there cold pretty darn well. So you don't need ice! Just the cooler and the drinks!
I will say this thing does have an arch nemesis - direct sunlight!
Yeah it does not do well in direct sunlight if it's too hot out, so think about trying to keep it in the shade!
|
|
|
|
|
High velocity is pretty accurate! It blows a lot of air. I had to buy this when I moved into my new place and found out it didn't have AC! Aaaahhhhg it was horrible but this fan really helps... the breeze is strong enough that it almost feels like AC.
Quiet, too. I don't have to turn up my TV all loud to overpower the fan.

I would have to say Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the best and certainly most influential rock album of all time. My opinion, at least.
I just think it was incredibly influential as far as musical concepts and songwriting go... very cutting edge and unlike anything that was going on at the time. Forged the direction of the next 30 years of rock music.

I used this program it was just called "Learn To Speak Spanish Deluxe". It was kind of boring but it was only like 30 bucks or something. It totally helped me brush up on my Spanish skills. I don't have a big Spanish back ground at all, but I grew up in the southwest and know a small amount of spanish. This really helped me with making sense of all the conjugations and stuff.
I do have to be honest with you it's kind of boring and straight ahead... not too interesting. But it is right to the point and will absolutely teach you some basic spanish skills!

I bought this book for my little brother when he was seriously into magic and he learned some pretty awesome tricks! There are lots of pictures and detailed instructions on not only how to do the trick but also how to effectively present it to your audience, which is the most important part, if you think about it. The slight of hand aspect is what makes the trick good!
It also comes with a DVD that helps further explain the tricks.
It's a great little starter kit that includes plenty of awesome card tricks that will thrill your friends.
My brother impressed the heck out of me after a couple days of practicing.

these are perfect for me. very warm, excellent water proofing abilities. i like that i can tuck my pants in the top of the boot and cinch them closed. great design. tons of traction, too. great for cold icy weather.

I would suggest going with the trusted name of Schwinn. These bikes are always well made and NOT crappy. It's got a nice aluminum frame so it's light. It's like a cruiser bike with gears and shocks so it's a little more versatile and useful. Some assembly required, nothing too intense though. Done in under an hour, easily.
Schwinn is good! My first and second bikes were both Schwinns, and I would say especially at this price point you should go with a trusted name in the industry.
Schwinn also makes high end bikes, so you know they can make a less expensive model, too.

it seem boring.... but these roombas are actually pretty entertaining to watch! or any similar vacuuming robot! also functional. fun for the whole family because you can go sledding or something instead of vacuuming!

you should give propel a try. I love it. not an overwhelming flavor. lots of vitamins packed in there.it's designed to keep you fully hydrated and full of all the nutrients you need for strenuous activities to keep you fully charged and ready to go.

i would say go with this bundle because these games are mucho fun. tons of different multiplayer sporting events from tennis to kayaking. hours of entertainment.

I'm loving the exaggerated features here. Big hands, large numbers on the face. Very attractive watch. I like the black dial and black leather - goes with just about any outfit.
It keeps time like it should... that is, accurately.
My main attraction to this watch initially though was the size. I like a big watch that you can feel on your wrist. Feels more in charge and expensive.
This is a big ol' watch face... it's a workout lugging this thing around, tell you what!

EXTRA soft for a hemp shirt! Also, hemp is many many times more durable than cotton, so you're going to get some serious use out of it! I know I do.

Awesome, and I mean AWSOME wheels. Like none others I've seen. It looks like it's bored out of a single piece of steel. that kind of quality. it' s aluminum, though. looks and feels tough and the design is awesome!

Luxurious is the only word I can think of to describe the feeling of wearing a Minnetonka Moc. They are the best in the biz at this style shoe. Amazingly soft interior.
This style, unlike some of the others by this brand, is more designed for wearing around outside, and less for lounging.... although you can certainly do that too.
It's got a non-stick soft rubber sole. That sole is seriously just what it says it is. SOFT rubber.... like you can squeeze it between your thumb and forefinger down to almost half its size. Like a soft gentle pad under your foor for every step.
This company is amazing and only makes the highest quality shoes, from the sole to the stitching to the liner. THE BEST!

I would absolutely recommend this video camera for catching your child's silliest moments. This is perfect because it's very small and quick to start, so you can always have it on you and won't ever miss a second of the action!
It's also very easy to plug this into your computer and dump everything on there, freeing up infinite space on the camera itself. I know you're going to want to share all those videos with the family!
Remember that at this price point you're not going to get something with amazing picture or sound quality. The picture is actually pretty good on this thing.... the sound isn't great though. The internal mic is not very sensitive, so you might want to consider purchasing an external mic at some point.
All around it's a great unit, and one on one vs. a flip is way better!

I suggest these just because I've used amorall forever and always seem to get good results. The wipes are especially convenient to keep in your car for stop light touch-ups. That's what I do and my car always looks pretty on the inside.

ha ha these are pretty awesome! they are mirrored, which can be bad for poker (other players could potentially see your cards in the reflection!) so you have to be aware of the angle you hold your cards. if you're aware of this, these are great.
they're funny because they have a poker hand hologram on them, AND functional because they block anyone from seeing those peepers of yours. cheap, too. check it out.

Totally works, but only for the right type of dent! These are meant for pulling out non-impact caused dents, like the kind you get from your banging your butt on the door to close it all the way. Not for pulling out dents that actually damaged the exterior.
But it will pull a dent up to the size of a basketball (and probably bigger, too, although I've haven't personally tried anything bigger), no problem. The grip is aluminum and the whole gadget is heavy duty all the way around.
The suction works surprisingly well and doesn't require any adhesive or anything...just sucks right on there and holds very solid.
Bottom line, it works wonderfully when used correctly.

|
|
|
I like this floral because it's totally understated. The floral design is super tiny and just looks like a checker pattern or something until you get up close.... then BAM out pops this nice, classy floral print.
It's 100% cotton and has a slim modern cut.
Usually I'm not a fan of the short sleeve button up, but the attractive pattern and modern cut make it a very handsome shirt.

Dude I bought this kimono cause I dig that japanese style.... I love it!
It's HUGE though, so watch out.... lot's of material here. It's perfect for me though, because I bought it to swaddle myself in in the wintertime.
I've had a satin kimono in the past (from china town I think) and it was okay, but I much prefer this cotton one. Cotton feels better on my skin.
Lightweight but cozy, a great kimono!!!

These are awesome trunks... no pattern but at least there's a couple different colors on it, to generate a little interest!
I like the medium length it offers. I'm not into the super baggy ones or the tight gross ones. These are the perfect middle ground.

This is a pretty nice hammock style net. It doesn't have different compartments or anything, but it holds stuff really well. I use it mostly for stinky sports equipment and clothes, but it can also be used effectively for groceries... I know because I use it for this too! the bags have to be placed in there side by side and neatly , but they'll stay put no problem as you drive home for the store.
I like that it's not divided into sections because it frees up space to put larger items in there, like my sports gear. perfect for me.

This is a wonderful option for you. My car is a little older so the seat cushions are definitely lacking in the comfort area. I threw one of these on there and it made all the difference in the world. It's got high density memory foam inside like one of those high end mattresses and it is SUPER DUPER comfortable.
It was easy to attach to my seat and only moves around a little bit, and only if I shift my weight dramatically to look under the seats or something.
It has great padding underneath and behind, as well as some lumbar support.
It feels great and relieves pressure, and will definitely make those long trips a little less brutal.

These are awesome! I don't even like cufflinks and I would love to wear these! They are almost definitely out of your price range, though (sorry if you got excited). I just think something really wacky but classy like this would be a really cool gift that a guy would appreciate. I know I would. These are awesome!

These are AWESOME custom seat covers man. I put some on my wrangler, 2008. Perfect fit...they make it to your specifications. Guaranteed it will fit right.
They make 'em out of high grade neoprene - like what's used in wetsuits. It's really durable and way better than what came stock. Has a little bit of cushion, too, and is good at dealing with moisture.
If you're ging to be exposing your seats to the elements (like I'm sure you are!) you ought to do yourself a favor and get some of these. Protect that new car of yours! i am a very happy customer :)

This is a great, thick, durable leather bag for men. I wouldn't say it's high grade Italian leather or anything... to thick and heavy. That's what I happen to like about it, though. I feel as if it will never ever break.
It buckles up solid at the bottom, and of course comes with an adjustable shoulder strap. all the hardware and metal and straps and stuff are all of high quality materials. The stitching is solid as well.
You will look and feel more important with this bag.

this little sack is very simple, very easy to use. just sling it over the head rest and start filling it with garbage. Don't throw nasty gooey stuff in there, though, unless you plan lining it with a bag, otherwise you'll have to clean the whole thing thoroughly. The top ties shut, holding all your garbage safe and securely in. Also has a little pouch on the outside for kleenex or what have you. Nice trash bag. Love having it in my car.

Definitely go with a lightweight flannel. My mom used to buy these for me all the time when I was a kid! I loved wearing them (maybe not this band, because these are rather expensive... but something similar). They are soft and light and flowing but still warm enough to keep you feeling good all night. The only way to go as far as pajamas go!

I have this barrier in my explorer. I think it works fine. Some reviewers say it's too flimsy and can't control their dogs.... sounds like you have wolves or something back there! If you have a crazy, rambunctious dog, you may need to spend more money and get something a little more serious and crafted out of straight metal.
This is fairly cheap, so the materials are fairly cheap. Plain and simple.
It works great for me, though. Very easy to install - it's adjustable both up and down and side to side. Definitely will fit most cars.
It provides enough of a barrier for my dog to think it's impenetrable, so he doesn't even try to break through it. Pretty awesome! Hel'll try to stick his head through it a little bit, but always to no avail.
Anyways it creates enough of a barrier to designate that back space from the passenger area without blocking it off entirely. I think it's great! No problems yet.

My mom taught me to use appropriate detergents for each type of load to get the most out of my clothing. For example, for dark loads you should use a detergent that is designed for dark loads because it is designed to reduce fading. You should check all of your detergents to make sure they are mild and gentle on clothes. Also, wash them according to their tags! They've got to be washed correctly or they will certainly fall apart.
One of the biggest clothes ruiners is the dryer. It gets really hot in there and it can be devastating to your clothes, especially the more delicate items. Dry on a low setting or air dry if necessary.
Be careful with those garments. They are more delicate than you would think and can fall apart easily!

This is a great basic outdoor sandal, but you know it's going to be great because Teva makes it. What does this mean? It will be comfortable and durable, pretty much guaranteed. They only make stuff that's comfortable and durable.

This is a nice little organizer that folds up like a chinese food take out box. It's great for groceries and small loads that need to stay separate, but keep in mind that it does not stand upright on its own, so if your load isn't stable itself, it won't stand in the bag. poor design in that regard. but it's nice if you have dogs and need to keep something away from them in the back! also good to store all your loose crap that otherwise floats aimlessly around your car... like the window scraper and stuff.

This may not be ideal for your dad, but they're ideal for me. I don't get into the whole preppy golf look... just not for me. These are more my style. It's nice to have a pair of shoes that perform like a golf shoe but look like all my other shoes!
They are comfortable and I can wear them before, during and ater my round and don't have to worry about extra shoes to change into.

What about going with something a little extra stylish like this? I had a coat similar to this and it was by far the warmest thing I've ever worn, for real. Very thick and heavy. Nice material, gorgeous vest.... takes a real man to wear such a piece, so I hope you're up for the challenge!

You should definitely have a good pair of biking shorts like this that will compress your muscle and ventilate while wicking moisture away. Compression helps with blood flow and helps with lactic acid buildup. These are way better to ride in than say athletic shorts. You will notice a difference right away in ease of riding - less wind resistance, less material all around. Especially nice if you're going long distances. I would say necessary.

This is one of the best fuel system cleaners around... apparently? It's supposed to raise fuel efficiency and gas mileage. Well I can't really tell if that is true or not, but I am gald I used this stuff because I know my car is getting old and dirty, and I'm sure the fuel system liked getting a little clean down.
This product has the hight quantity of detergent for the money - that's why I recommend it. Even if you don't see the difference in your gas mileage, you can be sure it's cleaning your carburator and intake valves!
Piece of mind is priceless.

I have this windbreaker and I love it. it breaks wind, what can i say?
ha ha ha. warm fleece lining and a tough nylon shell. keeps me warm in there, especially if i layer underneath.
i think it's a nice looking jacket.
fits well and arrived quickly. highly recommended!

I only suggest this to you only if you need something for light use. It's pretty cheap, and therefor is cheaply made, with mediocre materials. It works just fine for light -medium use though. Throw a couple of books and a notebook in there, a couple of pens, hop on your bike and ride to class with ease.
That's what I use it for. Great for bicycling, however I do find that occasionally my books and notebooks will be bent slightly, due to the curve of my back and hunching over on my bike!
Works well, like I said, for light loads.
I don't see myself getting more than a year or two out of it, to be honest.

I can't believe this is actually a serious shirt. wow. i picture a cat hoarder owning one of these, or maybe ten of these!

i have a pair of the shorts half but not the pants half.... lost them at some point. so now they're not even convertible, but they're still ugly.

i just looooove my tevas. so light, so comfortable. surprisingly resilient to wear and tear. i don't even notice them on my feet. i will always wear tevas, till the day i die.

I would wash it with some soapy water, too. use a brush of some sort (nothing too abrasive of course) and a rag.
Bug and tar remover works really well! definitely a great option if there is anything left over. It really helps with tar, especially. Bugs come off pretty easily most of the time, but that tar is resilient.

GET THIS HAT! It will quickly become your favorite hat of all time. It's a stretch hat, so you don't have to worry about clasps or velcro or any of that crap. It looks really cool - great pattern. Mostly i just appreciate how well made it is. Every stitch is done right. I've worn mine all summer through tons of disc golf and ultimate frisbee games... it still looks almost like new. For realsies. Very tough, well made hat.
Spend the extra money and get a good hat that's gonna last you.

These are awesome shoos dood. They have more support than your average skate shoe because the tongue is directly attached to the body of the shoe. You don't even have to tie them and they will still hold tight on your foot.
They are seriously the best shoe ever... the only skate shoe I wear. Comfortable, look good all the time. They wear really well cuz mine are black like this and the material is tough, so you can't even tell if they're beat up or not.
I love these shoes. you should try them too.

I think if he's rugged enough he could handle something like this. But I do stress ruggedness, because this type earring can be a little feminine if worn incorrectly (or correctly, depending on what you're going for!)
I like an earring with a little sparkle like this.... brings a certain flare to the head area.

This is a sweet robe right here. I own one and so does my girlfriend... how cute is that? It's awesome... exactly like a robe you would get in a nice spa, only better cuz it's yours.

Honestly I'm not that into sketchers normally, but I think this is a great work shoe. It's so much more comfortable and lighter...easier to wear all day than those big clunky ones. Though I know some jobs require that sort of boot.
But for light duty work (especially waiting tables like me) and any job where you have to move quickly, these are great.

This will totally work, but BEWARE it's really small. smaller than it looks in this picture. and it's also just like your basic plastic, cheapo cup holder. but it works pretty well. make sure you find out if it will fit in your specific car. amazon will help you with this.
