I'm not sure what size Uk you have, but this is a tenor. I believe Kala has a soprano as well too, if that's more your size. But i live this case it's perfectly designed to hit the beach and play, or stake up a venue while bringing everything you need, while keeping your uk safe. totally worth the thirty five dollars you would spend anywhere else.

I saw the rosewood up there and i had to put, my boxwood up there, on the contenders list. It's a great chin rest, i used to want those rest that padded you up but that really takes the feel of the violin/viola away from you. It's ok to have a shoulder rest that's padded but that's it.
These strings, are much cheaper then almost anything you'll get on the market right now. The D'Addario's Zyex synthetic cores produce a rich warm sounds that doesn't have that high pitched shrill of some other strings. The set time is so little that you hardly notice it.
In addition to that first case i posted you should get a hard body soft fabric lined case such as this. They didn't have the one i have but this is really similar. The reason you want a fabric lined case it to protect the varnish of the body, and help absorb moisture in humid areas. The case is also slightly insulated to keep it at a regulated temperature.

This kit is a little more expensive then a lot of other kits but at twenty dollars it's hardly that expensive for what you get. It comes with rosin, drops, chin rest tool, clothes and dust brushes. It's the perfect kit to help maintain your violin. I would suggest using a different rosin, as this one is a little bit on the cheap side.

I saw that another Jade rosin was on here, that's awesome. Jade is seriously the best stuff i've used. My bow has never had anything else on it. It really helps bring out my violins unique sound. It's got a dust free formula that really helps keep my sounds crisp.
This is a pretty good shoulder rest. It's one of my favorite ones, because it sort of moulds to you after awhile. The best part is it;s only twenty bucks, and you got a quality shoulder rest that will end up becoming one of your favorites.
These are great strings for beginners and students. The steel cores aren't affected by temperature or humidity. The offer great sounds without the high shrill sounds of most metallic strings. The best part is they last a long time and are really cheap!

This isn't a baton, but a tote for them. You should always carry your baton in a case or bag for safe keeping. It's easy to break and you don't want anything damaging it before a performance. The best part is it's sleek design makes it look very fashionable.

This Yamaha stand is perfect for me, and i;m sure for you. It comes with a case and it's less then fifteen dollars. It's really stable even with heavier loads and collapses and puts together really easily. I've had a few other stands and this one is pretty awesome.
I see that Korg is flooding the contenders list, so i'll just put my tuner on here as well. It's easy to use, simple, but have a lot of features that let you customize what you're doing. This tuner isn't for first time guitarist. The only down side i have to this tuner is that there's no back light.
The best amp stand i've used, would have to be an ultimate, but this is a hard second, considering the price and material used to construct this stand. It's got five different height adjustments and rubber capped ends to secure your amps in place. This is a great stand for the amount of money you spend.

Xbox 360 is just a better gaming platform. It's got a bunch of games, and expansive online community and in my opinion a better interface. The game's are so huge to choose from, it's really not comparison. Live, is one of the hugest online communities that rival, Zanga which has cornered the online market right now. The interface offers a bunch of options, while keeping everything super simplistic.

You could get a certified used Mac, and "test it out" so to speak. It's still gonna set you back at least 600 bucks for a relavent Mac. You don't wanna get an older Mac, because it doesn't have the upgrades, and the software that makes a Mac worth owning. The layout and shortcuts take a little getting used to but actually make using the computer or laptop much faster. Try getting a 2009 or higher used from either and Apple vendor or Amazon.com.

Lego Star Wars, is always a good choice for a first game. There's always something fun to do, and the levels are challenging, but not too challenging when you get frustrated and put it down. The new 3DS looks like it'll have awesome graphics upgrades and the game span is longer.

This is a game you'll play for hours, just getting caught up in the story. You play as a modern girl Jen, who has to learn how to fight demons and immortal beings. Getting lost in a fantasy world, filled with evil monsters. The whole plot is captivating and the sub plots through in a sense of mystery.

The original, that started a game craze! Prince of Persia, was a puzzle, meets fighting game with secrets and unlock able. It was definitely the zelda for the PlayStation 2. I had fun playing this game a few times over.

HB envy, has one of the best screen protectors I've seen. It used electrostatic absorption to adhere to the screen leaving no residue on the LCD when you remove the screen protector. It's anti-glare and has a matte finish to help you see in bright places.

I love this zen garden mouse pad, it's really not soothing and don't really put my mind at peace. But it looks really cool, and the picture is actually really detailed, so count the grains of sand and that actually helps me relax. totally worth five bucks!

Belkin has this twelve outlet, surge protector for less then half of your budget. It's never failed me. It's perfect for really unstable power places. My apartment building, has power surges all the time. The wiring is terrible and i needed to get a really good surge protector. This one's been good to me so far.

Kensington is from what i hear the best in laptop theft security. I just installed these plates to my laptop and the glue is supposed to resist 750 pounds of pull. You'll need a solvant to get that sucker off! lol

The world's favorite game, is gotta be the best sports game ever. I love soccer, and FIFA delivers, the best game experience. You can build a team, trade players, play online against other people. The best part is you can win the world cup!

Playstation 3 is the most powerful gaming station on the market. The playstation hasen't really tapped out it's graphic processor yet. It's still got a lot of room to grow, and when it finally comes out with some amazing games, we will all be totally shocked. On the other side, it plays Blu-rays, is has wi-fi, and can hold 250 of media which can be played directly on your PS3.

I actually got this while I was in school, to talk to my parents and girlfriend, while I was on the other side of the country. Skype is pretty cool, in that aspect, but I didn't want my dorm mates to hear every conversation I had with them. I went out and got this for a super cheap price, but with logitech you have a name you can trust. It did just what the package told me it would and i still use it now, when i need some skype privacy.

I see theres another Case Logic, this is a similar one but with handles, for safer handling. I know I've dropped my netbook before when carrying it like a book. This is a great solution for klutzy people like me, who are prone to dropping stuff. This case is super sleek and looks good in any forum.

I've been using Dust-Off for years, without fail. It's a cheap can of air, that's quality as well. It's been going on six years, using the product, and each can last a decent amount of time. The one thing I will say is about half way through the can, it loses about half the push- pressure.

CablesToBuy, is a great little tool to have in your desk, it makes cleaning your computer super quick and easy. It's really good for the come to get a cleaning at least once a week. When one small dust particle could shut your computer down. With only a costly repair as your choice, you can prevent any of that.

If you have a Playstation 3, the you should get Batman Dark Knight, the game. You should also get the Batarang Wireless Controller, to play it with. It's got motion sensors so that you can play that type of game, but the best part is theres 7 different colors to customize your controller.

It's like the sims, but a whole world, or city I should say. You're the mayor and what you say goes, but you have to be careful if you let things slide the people will hate you and your city will fall into ruin. I love games like this, for the simple fact that my kids can play too, and watch me play. I'm not afraid of what they might see on the screen.

Dungeon Siege 3, is the third installment of this awesome series of RGP style game play. There's an enormous abilities section, tons of loot, and a story mode that will have you hooked. Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment really out did themselves with this one.

Crysis 2 is absolutely, one of the most visually stimulating games on the market. It like it's predecessor are amazing. The first one was a benchmark game in that is was made to test the limits of computers. You had to have the best CPU's available. The new Crysis isn't as demanding in that aspect but it makes up for it in, the fact that it's flawlessly made.

Thanks Patrick, but I think the better of the mouses is the cordless one. It's the perfect optical mouse, that works on pretty much any surface, without skipping. It's got 17 programable buttons to let you switch guns, or what ever. I play COD and it's never failed me, except when my batteries died.

Altec Lansing Vs2620 is the perfect speaker set up for a computer or laptop. It's for two duel 3 inch speakers that are perfectly synced to give you great sounds. The best part is an AUX plugin that lets me hook up my iPhone or anything else with and 1/8 inch audio jack. The price is just above your range by three dollars but it's totally worth it.

I agree with Virginia, you don't need to spend a fortune on a laptop, to have a perfect laptop. ASUS has this "gaming" laptop which really means, that it's got a super fast processor, the video card is upgraded and the harddrive is super big. I've used this laptop, for a year now, and to keep it current with everything on the market, I just did a few upgrades.
This is way under your budget, and perfect for you. It's perfect for anyone, it's super quick, and insanely powerful. It's pushing out, 8 GB's of RAM, 3.2GHZ processor, HD video out put, 1TB of space. That's just a few things in the desktop. Totally worth the money, the draw back is it doesn't come with speakers or a monitor so you'll have to spend that extra 200 on those things.

Boom magnesium strips! you'll have a fire even if it's pouring cats and dogs. Ok not really, it's hard to start a fire, without proper training. and good supplies of tinder and wood. But this really does help, I never leave on a trip without my fire starter and knife. If everything else goes, I can still find ways to adapt. those two thing are the key to doing anything else.

I love neuro drink, it's really good tasting. It has a bunch of awesome exotic flavors and is non carbonated so you can drink and play at the same time. I drink one of these on my runs, in the morning to help me stay hydrated and ready to run some more.

We use this on our Sea Doo, it's perfect for traveling and stays on even at high speeds. It's not pretty and looks kinda ugly when it's gotten dirty, but it's never leaked and it's kept my jet ski dry and protected for years.

I'm not sure what you want out of your sandals, are the performance sandals or just I'm lazy and don't wanna tie my laces? These are the latter of the two choices. I wear these every morning when i wake up and make coffee and smoke a cigarette. The are super comfy and just slip right on and off. I would never really go any where with these but they are perfect for around the house.

I do a lot of swimming, and get little scrapes and stuff all over my hands, arms, and legs. It's a real pain swimming with cuts and I never fully trust how clean the water is. The bandaids do a good job of covering up the cuts and sealing them from the water. even while 'm moving constantly.

Another thing is, if you don't have time for a glass of milk and a shake. Grab one of these, they will help you starving body, replenish it's missing nutrients. It's really important that you eat or drink something right away, other wise it's hurting you and not helping you get stronger.

haha I just saw the divorce for dummies. Don't get him that. lol Being a Best Man is an awesome role, and truth be told, nothing too much is expected from you, anything you get that you feel sentimental about would work. I got my bro this watch to wear in is shirt because he's always running late. Just go with what you feel, feels right.

I want to recommend this chair, I don't think you're gonna get it, it's about two thousand dollars. But i have one in my office, that work supplied to me. It's got great back support and is so plush and comfortable. It's probably the best office chair I've ever sat in.

Opteka has a pretty awesome "fisheye" lens. It's a manual focus lens, which means that you need to know what you're doing for quick shooting. But learning is half the fun. I've never owned this lenses personally, but a buddy of mine has them, and i use it pretty regularly.

I'm not sure about the size of tires you can have fit on you car/truck. But i do have these bad boys on my truck, my friends and I go mudding pretty frequently. These tires are great for the mud, and the road. They don't get as damaged on hard asphalt which means you don't have to change them when you are don't mudding.

I use this pillow all the time, it's my take everywhere pillow. I use it when I go on day trips, or camping, even on road trips. It's so much better then hotel pillows. It's super comfy and feels good. I have a couple sets of these that i use at home and traveling ones. This pillows are the best that I've used. The price is super great on these that you'll want to buy a couple pairs.

I bought this for my wife, when she was diagnosed. It has so many recipes that she loves and wants to cook. In support of her, I have chosen to change my diet to match hers, and I don't really feel like I've changed anything at all. Her deserts that she makes from this book are so good, I take them to work the next day!

We have a porch that doubles as a mudroom, and have this bench set in there. My wife and I picked this one hout because it's big but not overly huge and has a lot of storage space underneath, and the cushions on top make it confortable to sit on. We love the colors and the way it was made, perfect for our house.

This is your best bet for portable projectors in an office setting. It's super small and really powerful. It's got an adapter for VGA and HDMI plug, that connects right to the projector. I've used this projector once while in a meet with some clients it's pretty easy to use, just simple plug and play stuff.

Way under your budget and perfect for great HD videos. The Flip UltraHD Video Camera is only about a hundred bucks, and takes amazing HD video, and it's so simple to use just point and shoot. With the money you save you can buy a tri pod to stabilize your videos and make them more professional.

I've used a lot of GPS devices, but DeLorme Earthmate intuitive as this one. It's so easy to use, and so many features. It's super accurate and has a comprehensive maps and trip planning feature that get you to where you need to go. It's really durable and works well in all types of weather.

These pans, are great for anything you want to fry up. They were made for omelets but there work great for a bunch of other thing. The have a a wide base, that's great for to having a flat even non stick heated surface, where you can maneuver the food around.

I have this one, at home for my whole beans. I like this grinder, It's elegantly designed, and heavy duty. The Burr Mill grinding mechanism grinds the coffee uniformly for the best taste and perfect blend. If you're getting a coffee blender you love coffee, and with the this grinder you get 18 settings to choose the way you want your beans ground.

VCAN has great helmets! I have this specific one, and they work well with glasses. the only draw back is that you have to take your glasses off before taking off and putting on your helmet. The space and the firmness of the padding inside is great for wearing any kind of eye wear.

I love to eat healthy, and I love to make delicious healthy food for my family. This book shows you how food, and what you put into your body does to you. Whether it's a negative or positive effect. Food is the way the ancient people all around the world used to heal themselves, using homeopathic remedies. This book gives you details on what and how to eat to be the healthiest you possible.

I know this is at the high end or your budget, but this is and elegant Foosball table that could be placed anywhere in your home, and look amazing. Each of the players is hand painted and the rods are telescopic. Everything about this Foosball table is great for entertaining.

I'm not you, but I wouldn't spend a grand on a Ping Pong table. I play pong pretty regularly, but I opted out for the cheaper solution. I bough this guy for two hundred, and never once had buyers remorse. It was super cheap, and work perfect for my basement. I'm not you but, you should save your money and get some really awesome paddles. or many be a ball shooter to practice with.

I have this charger, and it's really great. It's got a wall mounted charger and a car charger. I hate how short the battery life of my phone is, but with the car charger i can charge my phone on the move. Plus it's made buy Apple so you know it's last forever, or as long as your phone does.

This is what we use, on a hiking or backpacking trip. It's actually one of the most useful things that we like to bring. It weighs a little over ten pounds, but there is a smaller version that weighs even less. It's great for hunting trips, we can cook our food straight on the fire, and it tastes so dang good you wouldn't believe. The only down side is it's kinda bulky, and you would need to strap it on the outside of a backpack, and it gets dirty pretty fast.

As far as best of the best goes, you'd be hard pressed to find a better knife. Masahiro is one of Japans finest knife makers. This blade is perfectly weighted to balance on the palm of your hand. That probably how those crazy chefs at Benihanahs do those crazy tricks. I don't use that knife for that, but i do use it to slice vegetables and butter fly my pork chops. it holds an edge really well and just needs to be honed to get a razor sharp. As for quality and price, it's pretty affordable for the kind of knife it is.

I have used a Logitech Trackman Marble (this product's predecessor) since it was released in 1995. I still use that original one at home. (When was the last time you used a computer product for eight years?) This Trackman is perfect for my wrist pressure, it really relieves the pain.

Depending on what kind of Dj you are, you'll want a console that's right for you. This is a pretty general console that has a lot of different features. It's pretty complex and took me a while to use it, and I still learn new things about it all the time, But for the price this is probably one of the better consoles out there.

We just got this for out office, it's a pretty nice machine. It does everything really quickly and has a cool option to scan stuff to an email address. It wasn't to bad on the price either, It was well worth it, something like 400.00 with tax. You could even probably find it cheaper by looking for a used one.

You gotta love the microsuede, it's so damn comfortable. It's so soft and it's pretty easy to clean too. We actually got this as a wedding present, last year and it's been amazing. We've added a few things to it, but the original 7 pieces are still there.

Wusthof, it one of the best knife makers in the world. They specialize in making cutlery for professionals and enthusiast alike. We got this as a wedding present, I was pretty ecstatic and so was my wife. I've always wanted a really nice knife set. Plus it's got a set of steak knifes that are awesome.

I was looking at the contenders list, and there's a lot of neutral colors and browns. I hate to be a wagon jumper, but this rug is beautiful! I have bamboo floors, with a lacquered finish, and this rug goes perfectly with the floor and my furniture. I love the swirls and the design, it's just really interesting.

My wife and I got this as a wedding prestant in '08. It's really been a life saver. It's got space for all my stuff and I can keep, everything mine and hers organized. Really this was probably one of the beter gifts we got!!

This is one of the biggest storage shelves around. It hold 1080 dvd/blue-rays. It has space for other things as well, if you don't have that many movies, I know I don't. The reason I think this is the best is quite frankly, it looks great in my house. All of my trinkets and little knick-naks have a place to go.

With out a doubt this is the tent you want. It says it fits 8 people but it's really like 4, it fits 4 really comfortably. It's got a little storage room, and the main room can be split in two. Also it keeps you dry, and that's pretty important. Anyways awesome tent, I love it if you get it you will like it.
It's a really versatile charger. I use it for extended charging, or quick 4 hour charge. It's really made to last.

VocoPro has got what you need. I use VocoPro's p.a. system for practices and non formal gigs. it works pretty well in a small venue too, but usually venues have their own pa/speaker setup.

Gotta be one of the best movies this year, it just really sucked me in. James Franco executes his part so brilliantly, I felt like I was there.

I used this last year and my deck still looks amazing. It hasen't darkened or started peeling. It's supposed to be really good against uv light, water, and rotting. The reason, stained decks get dark is pollen, dirt, or organic matter mixing with the stain while it's still wet. it starts to mold and and turn black because or that. hope that helps!
