My mother in law has arthritis, I found heat packs similar to this one in the mall, they come in all shapes and sizes. Somehow they have a little metal disk that is inside and activates a chemical reaction for the heat pack to get warm. I actually bought her a few because she likes to travel, but there is no need for a microwave, and you can reuse them as many times as you like, and you can even keep one handy in your backpack or purse, or whatever like my mother does. To recharge it you simply place it in boiling water for a minute or two and it is ready to go again. My mom loves them, she is almost starting a whole entire collection :)

I love rocking horses, they are so classic and a beautiful addition to any child's room. I actually also bought this for my nephew when he was one years old. He didn't really use it and I was disappointed. This is perfect for 2 year olds, he now loves it and uses it all the time, a cowboy hat would go as a great accompanying gift. Beware if you do buy it from amazon you will need an electric drill and it is a bit tricky to put together, but I have seen the same one in other toy stores already assembled. Good luck! I bought this because I needed to get cardio workouts in during the winter when it is raining. This is my new favorite toy, I have used it into the warmer weather as well because I like the preset workouts that it has. I am using it to train for a 10K. It has uphill features and has lots of preset workouts. It is pretty easy to store as well because it has a folding feature. Another feature I like is that I can hook my IPod up to the speakers with it, it was a breeze for my boyfriend to set up for me, and runs more quite than any other treadmill I have owned. My only complaint is that just because it says in has 15 differnt inclines it does not actually incline up to 15% but more like 8%, beware :) I hope this helps, thank you for reading! Yes I am one of those girls! I watch all the TV channels where they sell Invicta watches, it took me a long time to choose which one I bought for my boyfriend. This one is simple and elegant, business formal - pretty much just stylish all around. This is definitely a beautiful piece. My boyfriend could not be happier with this watch. Be carful with the ones with the grains of sand as this one has, I did a lot of research and they say the little grains actually scratch your face doing a lot of damage and ruin peoples skin. I would not advice this one.

I used to use Mac foundation. But I decided to try Bobbi Browns foundation, which has SPF15 in it, which I love. When I bought it I was a little scared but I tried it on, and then went out with my boyfriend, I decided to ask him, "does my face look any different?" than he replied "it looks smoother" - so there you have it. I don't think it is as thick and cakey
feeling as Macs foundation. I know it may be a little pricey but great foundation is a must, macara and blush and everything else I usually go cheap on.

This is perfect for working out! it is around $40 you can not beat that and you use all your music for Itunes on it - I does not have the most space but you can keep changing it when you get bored!

I love citizen for humanity jeans, they are so comfortable, I get compliments all the time when I wear them. I love the inseams, and how they fit my butt perfect. They also look great with heels. I have 3 pairs two of which are straight leg - which I feel are the most flattering on a women's body.

I bought 6 bottles of this wine today! Some stores sell it for about $18 and restaurants even more! Bottom line is, if you have a Safeway or a Vons in your area this bottle runs at about $8! so good as well!
