I currently have a HTC Inspire on AT&T and am looking to upgrade, what would you suggest under $250?
If you don't use a ton of apps I would suggest the HTC Titan(WP7). If you want to stay with Android I would highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket.

Blackberry is a dying ecosystem, especially in the consumer sector, the Torch is a bad move.
